Welcome to Parrot’s Perch - a delightful 4 bedroom house and adjacent 2 bedroom cottage (separate listing VRBO #206800) located on the famous pink sand beach of Harbor Island in the Bahamas.
Your first sight of Harbor Island is from a wind whipped water taxi as you make the five minute trip from North Eleuthera. The lively harbor is lined with brightly painted Victorian style cottages. A short golf cart ride, on the left side of the road, takes you to the most beautiful pink sand beach in the world and your island home, Parrots Perch. The island and home’s allure is its natural beauty with most visitors spending the day on the beach, on a boat, or swimming in the clear ocean.
Our Harbor Island property consists of two separate houses, Parrots Perch House (4 bedrooms, 3 baths) and Parrots Perch Cottage (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, see separate listing VRBO #206800) can give up to 6 bedrooms on a beautiful expanse of lawn and gardens leading to a private, pink sandy beach. The houses can be rented separately or together. The Bahamian Prime Minister has chosen to stay at Parrot's Perch for two years in a row.
Parrot Perch House
The house has 4 air conditioned bedrooms, a large and airy living room, dining room, and kitchen. The house interior is tastefully decorated for casual living. The expansive outdoor terrace and thatched umbrellas for beach shade affords views of the warm blue waters. An outdoor grill facilitates food preparation for beach parties or outdoor candle light dining.
House Bedroom Configuration:
All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Second Floor Master Bedroom, King bed and full en suite bathroom (shower), walk in closet and verandas facing 3 directions giving unparalleled views of the beach and ocean. Bedroom 2, King or twin beds and shared bathroom (tub and shower) with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3, Queen bed and shared bathroom with bedroom 2. Ground Floor, Bedroom 4, King or twin beds and full bathroom and shower (across the hall).
Parrots Perch House Amenities:
4 air conditioned bedrooms with 3 baths. Private pink sand beach, Daily maid service except Sundays and public holidays. Caretaker available to cook and babysit for a fee (by your arrangement). Golf cart available for a fee (by your arrangement), Cable TV, CD/DVD, high speed Internet, Dishwasher, washer and drier. Outdoor table and chairs for dining, Outdoor lounge chairs and BBQ. Thatched umbrellas on the beach for shade, relaxed aura surrounds.
