There are many community activities including the Newport Beach Boat Parade December 16 - 20, the All Island Garage Sale the first Saturday in May,the Balboa Island Art Walk the third weekend in May, and The Balboa Island Parade the first Sunday in June.

  • Fantastic find on Balboa Island - The apartment was even better than it appeared in the pictures; cute and spacious with lots of light. Even though it was just a few steps to the car ferry, it was very quiet and inviting. Our hosts, who live next door, were warm and helpful. A big thumbs up.
