The Brigadune oceanfront condominium complex is situated on a peninsula and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean providing for spectacular breathtaking ocean views. The Brigadune is located on the quiet and prestigious Shore Drive -- just south of the Hilton Hotel and North of Marriott’s Grand Dunes in Myrtle Beach. This magnificent high rise complex offers the ultimate in oceanfront vacationing with numerous amenities including outdoor oceanfront pool (heated in Spring and Fall), tennis courts, picnic area, gas barbeque grills, elevators, secure lobby, 24-hour on-site security and covered on-site parking. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds as you stroll to the oceanfront pool and the beach.
This is a Penthouse unit located on the 18th floor and offers restricted access for Penthouse Guests. Only four Penthouse units are located on this floor.

The people are warm and wonderful, the beach is wide open and not crowded like other areas of the Grand Strand.
The famous 'Restaurant Row' is located just under a mile away, along with the new Tanger Outlets right around the corner! This location is very desirable because it is the next to last building on a dead end street, yet close to all of the action. Just a short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Hard Rock Park, the Strip, Myrtle Waves and more! Right next to the Apache Pier and Ocean Annie's beachfront bar and restaurant.
This meticulously clean condo is very spacious with four bedrooms and three and a half baths. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops,tile floors and backsplash and new appliances with berber carpet throughout this penthouse with a huge balcony that goes the full-length of the unit, plus a private balcony in the master bedroom.
It has a bar with full-size refrigerator, large dining room and updated kitchen with all the cooking supplies you need.
The master has a king-size bed, 32 inch flat screen tv private bath with double vanity and a private beachfront balcony.
Bedroom two has a king-size bed, full bath, 32 inch flat screen with DVD and access to a large beachfront balcony.
The third bedroom has one twin bed, one doublev/vcr/dvd and access to a hall bath.
The fourth bedroom has a double bed and a private half bath.
The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa and a new 42 inch flat screen with DVD.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use!
The Brigadune building is located directly on the beach! You walk through the lobby and are standing on the sand. There is a oceanfront pool and lots of space for laying in the sun. 24 hour security, Wi-FI access and two elevators. There are tennis courts on-site and two large gas grills for your use by the pool.
Lifeguards are on duty on the beach during peak season and umbrella/chair rentals are available from May to September. Come experience the good life and stay in this gorgeous Penthouse unit today. The Penthouse floor can only be accessed by Penthouse users which offers a very private and secure setting!
Departure cleaning is included. Wireless internet in the unit.
Weeks run Saturday to Saturday. Rates include cleaning and linens. A $500.00 deposit is required with full payment due 60 days prior to arrival date.
$250.00 refundable damage deposit required for all rentals.

We stay here every year and absolutely love it! It's a gorgeous penthouse unit right on the beach. It's really big, which is perfect for a large family or group. We love the beautiful view of the ocean from the balconies and the great location. It's incredibly quiet, but super convenient to anything you'd want to do, including the Tanger Outlets, which are just a couple minutes down the road.
