This is our home away from home, our weekend retreat. We are offering our little peace of Paradise for rent by the week or month, so you too can experience heaven on earth.
Our luxury villa has many upgrades and is facing the Kawama Marina and the Atlantic Ocean, where you can sit for hours on the balcony or on the patio just watching the different kinds of birds, checking out who caught what fish when the boats return from there fishing trips, and just beyond the marina is the Atlantic Ocean, where you can experience all the changing colors of the ocean from the sunrises to the sunsets. Take a stroll to the point and watch the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see.
It is a two story villa with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the second floor along with livingroom, diningroom and kitchen, the other bedroom and bath is on the first floor, where the family room with TV is located. Just outside is the patio with table and chairs for your outdoor dining pleasure, with a gas BBQ grilland charcoal grill. There is a balcony over looking the marina and ocean on the second floor.
John Pennekamp State Park is located just minutes from Kawama, where the best tropical reefs can be enjoyed. Dolphins Plus is located almost in our back yard, where you can swim with the dolphins. Come and enjoy the wonderful Florida Keys.

I can sit on my balcony at any time during the day and I seem to get lost in the views that are always changing. I love the cool calm ocean, but I also enjoy the stormy rough seas. Like I said before, this is my therapy!

Hi, my husband and I invested in Key Largo some 13 years ago, mainly for a weekend retreat for ourselves and our boys. We love Kawama, for me it has become therapy, and I thank God every day for this place. I have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, and because of work and of course our children have since moved on, we found that we were not able to enjoy Kawama as often as we used to, so we started renting just for the winter months, but this year we have decided to rent out our villa the whole year. Thank you for renting your lovely place to us. This week has been amazing! We got to spend some quality time with our family, go fishing, ride the airboats, see the aligators, and try out some delicious seafood. We all needed this break away from work and the cold weather. We hope to visit again!

Thanks for keeping such a wonderful place. We had a terrific time relaxing and enjoying the unique vibe of Key Largo. The hospitality of your perfectly-equiped Villa made our time here all play and little work. We thoroughly enjoyed Mrs. Mac's restaurant and your recommendations. We may be back!
