I have lived in Aspen since 1971. When I first moved here directly out of college at the University of Colorado, I planned on being a ski instructor, which I did for 4 fun-filled seasons on all Aspen area ski mountains. I became a licenced realtor in 1976 and was lucky enough to purchase this unbelievable river front property on the edge of downtown Aspen on September 28, 1979 while still in my 20's! Various local friends of mine have told me that this is the finest piece of property in all of Aspen!! While that may be subject to debate, I'm sure that you will fully appreciate all that this lovely place in paradise has to offer! So please, come join us for a wonderful and memorable Aspen vacation.
