Come stay in Deer Valley, Utah! Ski Magazine's #1 ranked ski resort in North America two years running. Our town home is located in Lower Deer Valley within a half mile to both Park City Main Street and Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge. Shuttle service is available to Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge or Main Street if desired.
With a large aspen grove off the back deck and our town home being an end unit, many owners in our complex consider our property to have the most privacy. A moose can often be seen from the balcony grazing in the open space. Our town home is not heavily rented as we enjoy our time at this private oasis more than anyone.
Our town home has easy access to all three ski resorts in the area: Deer Valley, Park City or The Canyons. Main Street in Park City offers world class dining and shopping within a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute shuttle ride.
The town home has three bedrooms each with a full bath attached. There are three levels each with a bedroom and bath. The lower level has a twin/full bunk bed. The main level bedroom has a queen bed and the upper level master suite has a king bed with a walk out deck to the private hot tub. The main level has a kitchen and dining room table that seats 6-8 people.
For added convenience we provide a grocery service if you prefer a fully stocked kitchen waiting for you upon arrival. This service entails a separate service charge.

Why the Owner Chose Boulder Creek
We spend most of our free time in the summer and winter at our home in Deer Valley. The ski resort has been rated the number one ski resort in North America for the past two years. So unfortunately the secret is out! The resort has so much to offer, great food, great service and great skiing. It is just plain luxurious!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Our home is the best one in the complex as it backs up to an Aspen Grove. It seems like a stand alone house as it is so private with only one condo next to ours. We can often see moose grazing in the grassy area next to the townhome!
