Welcome to our family owned and family furnished luxury 4 bedroomed 2 bathroomed Villa. Located in Bridgewater Crossing, Davenport only 15 minutes drive from the Disney Parks, within easy access of all Orlando`s attractions and the coast.
This beautiful spacious home benefits from hot and cold air conditioning and ceiling fans. The large living area has 3 ‘deep’ sofas, Cable television with surround sound, DVD player and Radio/CD player.
There are 2 dining areas with a kitchen, which has every convenience, including a large Fridge/freezer with icemaker. The living area and master bedroom open out via alarmed sliding glass patio doors to a private, south facing fully screened pool with deck area and sun lovers’ furniture.
The Villa has free wireless high speed Internet access and free USA local, long distance calls AND free phone calls to the USA,UK and Canada!
The villa comfortably sleeps and caters for up to 8 people and is ideal for two families. It comes fully equipped with everything needed for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. The rooms are furnished to a high standard throughout and are tastefully decorated to provide a feeling of luxury. Many extras have been provided to ensure that you can enjoy a truly memorable holiday.
Guests have free use of all the community facilities on Bridgewater Crossing, which includes floodlit tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, a large communal pool and several kiddies’ playgrounds.
Nearby there is a Publix supermarket, a Wal-Mart Superstore and other shops to provide for all your food/grocery needs whilst a whole host of eating places catering for all tastes are available within a few minutes drive.
The villa is ideal for golf enthusiasts as several superb golf courses are within 5-10 minutes drive, including the Greg Norman course at Champions Gate and the courses at Reunion designed by Tom Watson.
For beach lovers both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts are just over an hour away.

The high ceiling open plan living area with ceiling fan is carpeted throughout and separated into the stylish dining areas. The living area has plush sofas with a large TV with digital cable and additional 5 speaker sound system. There is also a DVD player to provide a relaxing environment.The kitchen is fully equipped (see details above). The spacious Master bedroom has digital cable TV, ceiling fan, a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower and bath and ‘His & Hers’ sinks. The double bedroom with ceiling fan and twin third bedroom have ample hanging space in the fitted closets and share the second bathroom which has a toilet and a combined bath and shower. The third bedroom also has a television which can be used to plug in your own multi media devices. The fourth twin bedroom with ceiling fan again has ample fitted closets.
There is wireless high speed internet access which guests may use free of charge. Furthermore, local, national and even international calls (landlines only) to Canada, the UK, Ireland, France, Spain and Italy are free of charge, so you can keep in touch with family and friends without worrying about the phone bill!
Laundry Facilities are situated in the Separate Utility Room - this Includes Washing, Drying, Ironing and Airing Equipment for Unlimited use.
Further details outdoors:The south facing screened pool area is a real ‘sun trap’ for sun worshippers having sun from just after sunrise to just before sunset. The pool has underwater lighting and heating (available at extra cost if required) for the few cooler months of the year. The parasoled table and chairs is a real bonus as you can enjoy being outside whilst remaining in the shade. However, sun worshippers will probably prefer to use the sun loungers on the deck area around the pool!
The gas powered grill allows you to prepare a delicious BBQ, which you can then enjoy, al fresco beside the pool. Welcome food hampers, where vegetarians can also be catered, can be booked through the management company. At an additional cost, this will cover your basic grocery needs when you first arrive.
There are ramps available to enable easy access into the house and out to the pool area.

The PRICE you pay from: Low Season:$615 Mid Season:$645 High Season:$675
INCLUDES all taxes, cleaning and Management Company services.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 per week is req'd with booking.
A refundable security payment of $400 is required.
Full remittance of payment, including security payment are required
10 weeks prior to your holiday.
Pool Heating is from $120/wk if required.

" Had a fantastic time at the villa. The first thing we noticed was how beautifully clean it was. We had everything we could have asked for and I thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the very well equipped kitchen whilst my all female family lounged around the crystal clear pool absorbing the Florida sunshine. I personally enjoyed the pool area in the evening being able to sit under the fairy lights and read whilst the crickets and frogs provided the background noise. The villa is so easy to find and being just off the I4 we could travel to the Millenia Mall in 22 minutes ( yes how sad, I did time it ! ) and Disney in under 15. It was equally easy to travel west to visit friends in Clearwater. Pity we never met Sue but it was very reassuring to know that local help was just a phone call away. All in all a great holiday in a fantastic villa located in a very beautiful and convenient spot. Thanks again for all your help. Regards Alistair "

I enjoyed my stay here it was very a nice place,and close to alot of attractions.The people were fairly flexible about let me get it alittle early beings i arrived sooner then expected.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, pet owners, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

Hi Helen Thanks for you message. We had a great time in your villa. It's was decorated lovely and everything we needed was there. The location was the best we have ever had in four holidays, and for ease and speed getting to the attractions, 10 minutes and we were on Disney property.
