Our home is in a prime location in South San Clemente with ocean, canyon and park views. Grab your surfboards, wetsuits, boogieboards, towels, umbrella and cooler (all included!)and walk less than 5 minutes to the famous San Clemente State Calafia Beach, a gorgeous beach with world-class surfing, lifeguards, bike path, snack shop, hiking, and swimming. The beach is perfect for families and surfers alike.

The house has classic California casual decor with original art by local artists on the walls. The master bedroom in the upstairs loft with an ocean view balcony and features a king-sized bed with pillowtop mattress and 800 count sheets. The downstairs bedroom offers two twin beds with quality linens and has great park and ocean views. The large living area has a fireplace, leather sectional, queen futon, windows floor-to-ceiling with French doors to large backyard and deck surrounded by koi ponds and tropical plants. Kids love the "Rainbow House" playhouse with slide. Wash off the sand in the private hot outdoor shower then take a soak in our secluded 8-person hot tub. Relax with a book on the deck or watch a movie on the brand new 42" HDTV.

This house has so many added bonuses that make it the best rental in town! You can walk to the beach through the backyard path or go out the front door, walk to the gorgeous hilltop grass park bluff to see an incredible sunset as well as Catalina, SC Island, Dana Point, Seal Rock, the pier and more!
