Come stay with us at Bliss Villa for your perfect Barbados vacation. Bliss Villa is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa set in landscaped tropical gardens with it's own private pool in the Sunset Crest Vacation Community. The villa is within walking distance to white sandy beautiful beaches with a wide range of beach activities, golf, tennis, dining, and shopping are all nearby.
This lovely vacation villa is ideal for a family or group of up to six. The air-conditioned master bedroom has a Queen size bed and has its own attached bathroom. The second air-conditioned bedroom has 2 single beds that also be made up as a King. Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans. There is a full size pull out futon in the family room that allows additional sleeping for 2. The family room has 2 large fans.
There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room, which is situated next to the well-equipped kitchen.
The villa has a shaded veranda overlooking the pool and gardens, which is ideal for al fresco dining.
The rental includes week maid service every fourth day, with full cleaning and includes a change of towels .
On your arrival at Bliss, the housekeeper or my villa manager will be there to greet you and answer any questions that you may have.

Owner Description
I grew up in Barbados before going overseas to pursue a career and build a family. Having seen much of the world, I realize that Barbados is still one of the most perfect spots for vacationing. Whether as a couple for a romantic getaway or with children, there is so much to see and do and you are guaranteed to leave the island wanting to return.
I own 2 properties, a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom villa each with their own pool and next door to each other. Perfect for a large family or group of friends. Having grown up on the island, I am familiar with life on the island and I am able to reccommend things to do and places to see to make help you make the most of your Barbados vacation experience

Connie and I and our guests were delighted with Bliss Villa. It was just as advertised and Louis the villa manager and Brenda the housekeeper did their jobs perfectly. Louis is very knowledgeable about the island and regaled us for more than an hour answering our questions. The villa and especially the pool are just delightful

The villa itself and the landscaping were wonderful and of course the location is perfect, so close to everything. This is our second visit and we will return.

Just as advertised -- a private home in a quiet residential neighbourhood, clean, well-equipped, and located within a 5-10 minute walk of the services and amenities of Holetown. For our family of five (three boys aged 8-14), which likes to spend time exploring, and likes privacy on holiday, this property was ideal. There was lots of sun and shade in the yard all day, and the terrace was a great spot for breakfast and dinner. All five of us were very happy with our stay there, and have no regrets over our choice whatsoever. For those curious about location, as best as I can figure, you would find it on Google Maps at 13.181001,-59.636065 -- or possibly two houses south (the satellite photo does not show the pool, but it is there). Booking was easy, and the property manager who met us could not have been more helpful and professional. Nothing went wrong while we there, but I am very confident that had there been a problem, we would have been well looked after. No negative comments at all, but maybe one caution. We had planned in advance to rent a car for the whole time we were there, and I am glad we did. I wouldn't say a car is an absolute necessity for somebody staying at this property, but it is just far enough from the beach, amenities and the main road, and Holetown is just far enough from a lot of attractions, that having a car would be a good idea.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The pictures are accurate. We arrived to be greeted by Denise who gave us a walk about to familiarize us with the villa and extend her two telephone numbers should we need anything. She informed us of visits by staff scheduled for our week (housekeeper Brenda, Colin the pool guy and the gardener - all on time and to her specifications). The property was perfect. The pool made the stay perfect for the kids (each night we had a nightime swim that wouldn't have been possible in a hotel). The house had everything we needed. It was clean, well-maintained, and had enough beach towles and linens to cover all of Sunset Crest. My 10 year old boy pointed out how comfortable the beds were! And the pillows were plentiful too. There was a hair dryer, ironing board, blender, tea kettle, toaster, more tv than we have at home (!), and wireless internet too. Great furniture to lounge on inside and out. The gardens were perfect and private. Lights inside the pool that came on at night automatically made for added ambience. Felt extra safe with motion detector around house perimeter. Grills on doors and windows. Great breezes and ceiling fans made bedroom AC almost unnecessary. We never made use of the available access to The Beach House restaurant and club but had dinner on Night 1 at Just Grillin'. Very good and well priced. We were pleased with the SuperCentre grocery store and walked with bags twice before we rented a car mid-week. We had lunch at Zaccos one of the days and recommend the BLT highly! The ladies at the fruit stand close to Hwy 1 were helpful and full of fun. Bus stops are close by. The beach is easy to find and though the sand isn't as "wide" as it was 20 years ago it still has good real estate and enough "characters" to provide entertainment. We spent one day at Sandy Lane beach which is accessible if you are nimble enough. Speak to the guard at Sandy Lane front gates for directions to the Public Access just south. Brave it out at the end of the path by walking right and if tide is low you won't have trouble getting to the most perfect beach on the island. We also went to Paynes Bay and Mullins. Rented the car midweek. The map provided by the car company was vague but getting lost was fun too. A trip to Bathsheba was great and Crane Beach was worth the trip to see the East Coast but not good for swimming. I would highly recommend this villa for a couple or family that wants privacy, freedom and easy access to awesome beaches and a great vacation.
