You'll be on top of the world in our beautiful 12th floor penthouse type "B" floor plan condo. Truly a bird's eye view of the Majestic Gulf Of Mexico. Ceiling to floor windows give you a fantastic view from every room inside the condo, same as if you are sitting outside. You'll love sleeping in the ocean front bedroom where the sound of the gently crashing waves help you float off to a good night's rest. 1205W Sunbird is a truly exceptional experience. Quieter and more personal. Approximately 126 sq ft larger than the floors below.
The balcony gives you fabulous views of both sunrise and sunset every day. It's our favorite place to start and finish every day at the beach. Enjoy your coffee in the morning and a special toast at sunset.
Our home away from home is perfect for honeymoon couples, anniversary get-a-aways or for the family of four. Rental includes the use of a pair of beach chair/lounges with umbrella which we have rented for our guests from the on-site vendor (Available March through October).
Step onto your private balcony for a panoramic view of the majestic Gulf of Mexico. The view is awesome, you're sure to be enchanted by the emerald waters and soft sugar white sand. Relax on the chaise lounge. The balcony has a table and chairs for great outdoor dining.

The tropically inspired bedroom is "Smack Dab On the Beach." Sleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean on your comfy king-sized bed with memory foam topper. It's like sleeping on a cloud. Enjoy your favorite TV programs on your flat screen TV.
Relax in the tropical, casual living room on the queen sleeper sofa and man-sized leather recliner. Enjoy your favorite DVD or Cable TV channel on the man-sized 50" DLP HDTV or stretch out with a "beach novel" from our collection. You can even "surf by the surf" with our free high speed internet access.
Sunbird is a gated community with a fun, family oriented atmosphere. There are three pools (one heated) with large sunning decks, charcoal barbecue with picnic table, lighted tennis court and shuffleboard.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sunbird. The condo is beautiful and the view is breathtaking! We stayed through New Years and watched fireworks on the beach. Salt Water Grill was the best place to get a really nice dinner just a few blocks from the condo like everything else you may need or want. ZooWorld was great! you are up close and personal with all the animals and can get awesome pics. We spent alot of time on the balcony enjoying the view and the 70-75 degree weather most of the time. The only bad part was leaving! thanks again Hugh and Sarah for everything and being there for us no matter what we needed! we will be back Lord willing.

If you're looking to stay in Panama City Beach, look no further, this condo is THE place to stay. It is located perfectly in the center of the beach. The views from every room in the condo are breathtaking, the beach chairs are set up everyday, the pool is amazing, and best of all, you simply step off the pool deck to the beach! Walmart is within walking distance as well as plenty of places to eat. Pineapple Willy's is a great place to go eat dinner at sunset, and just relax. Even the wonderful pictures posted here give no justice to the views you will have from this wonderful condo. I wanted to go parasailing, and simply told the beach service I'd like to go and they picked me up right at the beach. The kitchen is a great part of this condo, you will enjoy cooking breakfast and eating it on the balcony overlooking the emerald waters.

The listing was right on. We have stayed at the Sunbird for several years now in many units, but this unit lived up to everything Hugh and Sarah promised, and more. It was a beautifully decorated condo, very comfortable with a truly wonderful view from every room. Attention to every detail was obvious in the decor and the comfort of the furniture. The bed was great, the TV's were a special plus for my husband. I would highly recommend Sarah's Condos to anyone. In fact, we cannot wait until our next visit. They have truly spoiled us. We enjoyed calm seas, perfect weather, great seafood at the Captains Table, the Back Porch, Margatitaville and more. Close to everything. It was really the best vacation we have had in many years. Thanks so much Sarah and Hugh for your hospitality. See you in May!
