20% booking deposit required to hold reservation (refundable if notice given 60
days prior to arrival date and if unit is re-rented)
Rental deposit converts to damage deposit for 1st time guests and is
returned within two weeks after unit is cleaned. Cleaning fee is $125.

                  About the owner: Jack, an architect and Barbara, an event planner, live in Tampa and have two sons and one daughter. They have seven grand-children, the youngest, boys, 6 and 10 , are in tears every time they leave the beach to return to Tampa. Our beach house offers sea-side activities in a safe and private environment having only three other units in the complex.
