Why the Owner Chose Other Old Town, South Properties
We love the location of our vacation rental because it is at the top of Main Street, very private with beautiful Aspen views and hiking trails right out the front door. It is very convenient to all three ski resorts, Deer Valley, Park City and The Canyons. But, best of all are the heated floors!
From here you can catch a free, clean, safe bus to anywhere in Park City.
You can begin your day here for Park City Mountain Resort. We find it's also really nice to ski down to Main Street for a nice lunch, then take the lift back up to finish up the afternoon.
This is the closest grocery store... if you've been here before, you probably still refer to it as 'Albertson's'.
All of the liquor bought in Utah is sold through State Liquor Stores. Don't let it scare you away, but be mindful of Federal and State holidays!
The City bus will drop you of right here. It's the main lodge of DV and has all services available. A very nice feature offered free by DV is an overnight equipment check. Leave your skis here and
The Main Street Trolley runs the length of Main Street and goes to the Main Transit Center. This stop is 0.3mi. from the house.

This was a great place to get away and relax and enjoy Park City and Sundance. Close to all the action but we felt very secluded. Huge picture windows allowed us to sit and enjoy the 30 inches of snow we got. The house has everything you could need. Very acommodating and spacious.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family and I had passes to ski in Park City and we stayed in this spectacular house. We were so impressed from the minute we walked in. This house is a "must stay", it has all the feelings of home, great kitchen and dining area, lots of space and everything you would need to fix your meals. The living area has satellite TV and is very comfortable couches and chairs. There is wireless high speed internet through out the house so you won't miss a thing. This house is set up for skiers with the lower level set for changing out of your ski clothes, a giant washer and drier if needed. The bedrooms were super comfortable and clean. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing to relax sore muscles. And you are just minutes from a fabulous down town Park City with lots of shopping and great restaurants!

Love this house. Very accessible to all ski resorts, very short distance to main street, but far enough that you fell like your in the woods. Accomodations were perfect. Very helpful property manager. Stayed in 4 houses in the last 4 years at Park city, this is definitely the best. Love the garage, and house set up. Unique in park city

We are planning to spend time at the property (five adults) during Sun Dance. Based on my conversation with Elizabeth the property appears to ideally fit what we are looking for (comfortable space, close to slopes and night life) Elizabeth, the agent, is very responsive and helpful particularly with planing our ski trip (discounts on ski rentals, lift tickets, etc.) With several good options available to us, its fair to say that she was a driving factor for our decision to stay at the property. Needless to say we are looking forward to our trip (which happens to be my 30th B-day celebration!

This is a surprisingly comfortable and luxuriously appointed home. Conveniently located to town, but still sufficiently removed so that it was easy to enjoy the natural beauty. The service from the rental agent also surpassed anything I've experienced; from arranging for discounted lift tickets in advance of our stay and making sure every last detail was taken care of once we arrived. Just a pleasure.

We spent a week in February at this great property, four adults and three children under 7 - masses of space - it could not have been more perfect. With the kids exhausted from skiing every day, we ate in every night less one, when Elizabeth, the agent, organized a babysitter for us so we could have a grown up dinner down town. Yes, it is probably 15 mins to the center, but it worked off dinner on the uphill walk home. The house is stunning and we really could not fault it in any way. Double garage that easily fitted both cars, balconies, flat screen TVs, wifi, gadgets galore and the awesome hot tub. Elizabeth is so helpful: she organized discounted ski passes and was always at the end of the phone when we were after some local knowledge (restaurants/ good ski areas/ ski school etc). We skied Deer Valley most days with the children at ski school there, but also had a fantastic day at Park City Resort. Thoroughly recommended, and we will definitely try and stay there again.

What a wonderful place to stay. The owners have provided every convenience in the kitchen and the beds are comfy. The location is great. Park City is so charming. My friends and I didn't want to leave. I actually had to stay longer than scheduled because I just didn't want to go. I will definitely be back and have recommended this home to all of my friends and family. All I can say is WOW!

This house was spectacular. Everything you could possibly need for a wonderful experience. All bedrooms were super comfy. Way above average furnishing and layout. Perfect for large group and entertaining. large dining table for serving 10 and nice living room with super comfy furnishing for relaxing after a day on the mountain.
