THIS IS A PERFECT CONDOMINIUM FOR MONTH LONG STAYS.
This condominium is excellent and just what you need. This beautiful unit has two bedrooms a large, comfy, California King-size bed in the master bedroom, and extra long twin beds in the guest bedroom. If more than four guests, each guest is provided with a Queen size air mattress. Both bathrooms are full size. This unit also has a large living room and dining room with plenty of seating.
Kitchen is full size as well, with all the same conveniences as home. The lanai stretches the entire length of the condominium, so you can go out to the lanai, relax, enjoy the view and breathe in the wonderful island fragrances.
The condominium is located ten minutes from Kailua-Kona Village, 13 miles from the airport, and little less than two miles from the main shopping center and country club golf course.
There is so much to do and see along Alii Drive. This is where your unit is located, within the White Sands Village complex. The complex is beautifully landscaped with fragrant flowerings and towering palms that invite cool breezes throughout the complex. There are elevators on all sides of the complex for all that good stuff you will be bringing back to pack and take home!!!
BIG PLUS-- THE COMPLEX IS APPROXIMATELY 90 FEET FROM MAGIC SANDS BEACH -- SO YOU LITERALLY JUST WALK ACROSS THE ROAD FROM YOUR UNIT TO THE BEACH!!!
BOOK THIS UNIT EARLY FOR IRONMAN!!!! IT IS LOCATED 6 MINUTES FROM THE IRONMAN STARTING POINT (THE PIER) RIGHT ON ALII DRIVE.
If you want to leave your rental car behind for a bit, you can always take the Alii Shuttle which stops right in front of the complex.
Come on... leave all that bad weather and bad attitude and come see us soon. Even if your weather is OK... the weather is better in Kailua-Kona!!!

I am a frequent visitor to the Island and love my location and rental property at White Sands Village on the Big Island. My aim is to get to Paradise eventually to live, after retirement, but for now inviting guests to enjoy this lovely setting is fine with me!

This unit is in an excellent location....located at the White Sands Beach, Big Island, Hawaii
It sleeps six and has a large lanai for sitting and checking out the ocean view and surrounding areas. We have put in cool tile floors throughout the unit and the unit itself is just a stones throw from the Magic Sands Beach.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Getting up in the morning and having that cup of coffee in hand and slippers on our feet and a beach towel in the other hand to walk over to the beach in less than a minute is the best....the best.

Our family came last December to get away from the nasty weather in Arizona...what a pleasant surprise to stay for 2 weeks in your unit..It has a really great homey feeling. We will try to get back and bring our elderly parents next year. Thanks Again.
