Site # 1612 Snapper Lane - Beautifully decorated with the theme of "Margaritaville". It is very colorful, it makes you smile just being there. The house is 5 years old and is privately owned and well kept.
Kitchen/Dining: Fully equipped. Extra large refrigerator with Ice Maker, Dishwasher, Stove, Microwave, Toaster and Coffee Maker. All utensils, cookware. plates and etc. are supplied. Breakfast bar which sits 2 and a dining table for 4. The upstairs deck includes a table for 4, umbrella and 2 extra chairs. We added chairs for lounging, a table for 4 with umbrella and also a picnic table underneath.
Beds/Bath: Sleeps 4 to 6 people. Two bedrooms with queen-size beds with giant closets. 2 full baths. One queen size sleeper sofa. TVs in every room.

Rhonda this was better then i could have imagined! The pictures do not do this beautiful house justice! It was so romantic and homey and incrediably relaxing. It was spotless from begining to end and my husband and i can't thank you enough for being so welcoming. We will absolutely be back, we made memories that will last a lifetime!! You're the best. We stayed in this house July 2009 and loved it! Absolutely beautiful and fit our needs to a tee. Family-friendly and we felt that it was a home away fro home. We are planning to go back again in Summer 2010 and hope to make this our annual stay :)

My family and I stayed at this home last year during Spring Break and really loved it! The house is super clean and very new! We really liked the locations as well. It was the perfect size for my husband and our two girls. We would love to stay again in the future!

We just got back from a wonderful week. The house was great. Loved the kitchen as we cook alot. It was perfect for us...two adults and 1 twelve year old. We had friends down there at the same time so the boys could spend the night between houses. Convenient to everything. Nice that it came with a golf cart too and the owners were very good to work with.

we just returned from the house of sunshine and we loved it! the house was very clean, warm and welcoming! it was beautifully decorated! my three year old, parker, loved the golf cart and taking morning rides with his daddy! we will definately be booking this house for family vacations to myrtle beach in the future! this is house is the best! we loved it! thank you to the owners for opening up your beautiful home for other families to enjoy!

This place is fantastic!!!! My husband and I had a great time and will be planning a trip back next year. The house is decorated in the theme of Margaretville, with bright colors and cozy furniture. This house, unlike some beach houses we have stayed at, was clean, quiet and up to date with modern amenities. There was easy parking, TV's in every room and even a washer/dryer. We felt right at home. The community Ocean Lakes is very family friendly and has many amenities to offer. With a pool, beach, beach bar, camp store, cafe, mini golf, arcade, etc. at your disposal, leaving the community is pointless. We didn’t leave once. Everything we needed was within walking distance or a short golf cart ride. The golf cart was a joy in itself. The community even had scheduled activities while we there, from bingo to a golf cart parade. I would highly recommend this place! It is clean, comfortable and convenient. Perfect for a couple trying to get away or a family ready for a good time. We will be returning soon and I honestly cannot wait!
