This non-smoking home on a level lot has great views from every level. Bring your boat, the ramp at the end of our street is one of the few places on Lake Travis open as of 8/1/09. Trailer your boat there or on our extra lot next to our home. Great place for boating, swimming, fishing and just relaxing on our outdoor furniture on the decks. The approximately 2000 sq. ft. home with central air/heat has an open floor plan on the second level with a gourmet kitchen of stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and granite countertops. There is a utility room with washer and dryer off the kitchen. This area then opens to a great room with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace and a flat screen plasma TV with cable. The living, dining and kitchen all look out to wraparound decks with spectacular views of the lake.
There are two bedrooms on the second level, one with a double bed and the second with one double bed and two twin beds. There is a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and double vanities on this level. Upstairs on the third level in the master suite there is a queen bed and a master bath with double vanities, a jacuzzi tub, a stand alone shower, bidet and decks that open out to the lake and a TV.
There is a very friendly caretaker onsite in the separate ground level unit on the first floor.(He travels so he is not always around.) This vacation home rental is on the second and third level of the home with doors leading to all outside decks and stairs.
There is a large level back yard with one small area fenced pet friendly area leading down to the water. You can walk down there or you can also drive to the end of the street and drive down to the water.
