  This lovely unit is clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. My husband & I rented for one week last year and returned for a month this year. The owner is concerned that guests are pleased with the accommodations. Office staff are friendly and helpful. The beach is steps away. We enjoyed visiting a nearby wildlife refuge, walking to an historic lighthouse and shopping in the many unique stores located close by. Overall, a very positive experience!

  A-6 is a lovely one-bedroom condo unit, well-maintained, very clean, fully appointed and nicely decorated, several hundred yards across the street from the beech. It backs to a canal, where my wife and I enjoyed sitting out, relaxing and reading. We stayed in the property for 2 weeks, found it convenient to everything on the island, enjoyed walking on the beach and visiting the wildlife refuges. The listing accurately displayed the unit's amenities, and we would highly recommend this property. The owner was most responsive to our original rental inquiry and clearly makes every effort to keep the property ship shape.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

  The property is clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed for the beach and to cook dinners "in". Location was great with easy access to the beach. Family friendly and quiet. The owner was great and we would recommend this to friends and relatives.

  Our 1st visit to Sanibel was everything we could wish for, due, in part, to this lovely condo. It was clean, nicely decorated, well equiped, and ideally situated. The office staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were well maintained and the beach was ideal. We hope to return to Sanibel Arms!

  We loved the place so much. It was peaceful, clean, comfortable apartment. Very nicely furnished. We didn't want to leave :)

  I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for the items in the above amenities listed in the Title.. We had a wonderful week, very relaxing, and the weather was perfect. This unit is located off the busy Periwinkle highway and has easy access to the back-roads to avoid traffic delays. Staff is very friendly.

  Sanibel is a beautiful place to go to get away from the cold. Nicely decorated condo about 200 yards from the beach. Owner and office staff were helpful in resolving a couple minor problems.

  We have been coming to Sanibel for the past 30 years and have stayed in numerous condos at several different complexes. Sanibel Arms, A6 is the unit we have stayed at the last few times we were lucky enough to come to Sanibel. It’s located overlooking a very scenic and tranquil canal with picnic tables, grills, and chairs. The unit is well equipped with all the comforts of home and the excitement and decor of a beach atmosphere.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  It was a great experience as the condo was so confortable & inviting. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and confort of the beds. Every convenience was there. Especially enjoyed the art work on the walls. The office staff was very helpful with advice and answers to my questions. I appreciated staying at this condo.

  So nicely decorated, spotless, and had everything we could possibly need! Quiet (away from the pool), but convenient to everything. Our friend picked us up in his boat out back in the canal. Can't wait to go back!
