Large and spacious waterfront ground level house with lots of boat dockage and quick and easy access to the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf. The home is located in Doctor's Arm neighborhood with views of Bogie channel.

Home is on spacious triple lot on the corner of two canals. There are three bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (twin over twin and twin over double) and wood flooring throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances. The breakfast bar and dining table offer canal and channel views. The outside fish cleaning station has running water, lights and outlets and is an excellent place to grill or fry fish. The dining room has a large dining table and a sitting area. There is cable TV and AM/FM/CD/Weather Band stereo.

There is an extra fridge and chest freezer along with fishing equipment storage in the laundry room located feet away from the dockage. There is an outdoor shower and ample room for parking boat trailers on the property. The porch has a cushion love seat, patio table and chairs. Outside the porch is a large cement table, lounge chairs, hammock and a garden bench.

Big Pine Key, Mile Marker 30, is a unique island because of its large size and famous protected Key Deer who can be seen roaming freely in the neighborhood. Grocery store, drugstore, hardware store, and bait and tackle shops are located on the island. The No Name Pub is within walking distance. Worldclass fishing, kayaking and diving are minutes away. Bahia Honda State Park (voted America’s Best Beach, 1992) is a few miles away. Key West is only 30 minutes away.
