The house lies in front of the beautiful Plaza del Sol, in front of the public beach entry, aside Martin's famous fish stand and Irma's general shop. The newly added backyard patio allows you to sit under the shade of the mango tree and enjoy the quietness of this Mexican fishing town.
29 Calle Cuba, or Casa Contenta, is colorful, comfortable, and cool. This place has character and charm, not to mention a brand new kitchen and bath!!
A short ride(via bus, taxi or rental car) along the coastline and through the mountainous jungle leads you from the Puerto Vallarta airport, toward this gem of the Mexican Rivera. It is absolutely amazing and sure to provide you with all you could imagine.

Daily vegetable, fruit, water, gas and seafood delivered by passing vendors right to your doorstep. The house is decorated with artwork from around the world and painted in cheery colors that make you feel you are in the tropics. The neighbor offers fishing trips and we can provide you with art and architecture tours in the area such as a trip to the la penita market, the alta vista petroglyphs, the mountain town of san sebastian, day trips to sayulita or whatever it is you want to explore.

Seven years ago a couple of film makers from Argentina led me to the town of san pancho. Upon arrival i realized that this was a town i never wanted to leave as the beach compares to the most beautiful in the world. This place is simply magical and one i hope to share with many as 29 calle cuba started out as the house of transience with many traveling visitors filling the kitchen table with tasty tropical treats and engaging conversation. I started renting the house as i love to travel and spend much of my current life in other locations......
Why the Owner Chose San Francisco (San Pancho)
I bought this house because it is across from the beach yet in the town. It is one of the original houses built in the 70's as it has a stone ceiling, finished concrete floors and i tried to renovate the house to fit the space(although some may say it looks asian inspired)and town.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The plaza is behind the house, the beach in front, literally 120 steps. It is comfortable and cool.
