If you are searching for a great place for a beach vacation...you just found it. Seabrook Island is one of the South's best kept secrets. This private, gated beachfront community has it all. Golf, tennis, horseback riding on the beach, fitness center, restaurants, swimming pools and a beach to die for. Uncrowded except for the pelicans and dolphins, this beach is perfect and is less than 1 minute from the back door of our condo. You just can't get any closer.
Now, let me tell you about the condo. It has been recently renovated, really renovated. About the only original thing in it is the drywall. New everything. Granite counter tops, solid surface vanities, all ceramic floors, full ceramic master shower, new appliances. new light fixtures, even new commodes. The decor is very playful and beachy. Sunset walks on the beach with a glass of wine....it just doesn't get any better than this!

Just wanted all to know that we found a little piece of heaven which is Seabrook Island. We just got back and already having withdrawal symptoms. The condo is an immaculate, wonderful respite from the busy lifestyle we find ourselves in on a daily basis. It is very comfortable and well appointed with everything you would need for that down home feeling--with the plus of being right on the beach. The weather was great and the atmosphere peaceful. One of our best trips!! We returned to the same property this year, same week, with very high expectations after a fabulous trip last year. Every expectation was met. The condo is beautifully decorated, very well maintained, and very well equipped with the things you need on a daily basis. The view and location of this property is one of the best on the island. We enjoy staying on the island, because we can bring our 2 dogs, and live the beach-life for a week. We enjoyed daily walks on the beach with the dogs, dolphin-watching, dinners on & off the island, Charleston, the local winery, golf, and much, much more. Don't think twice - this is the place to stay! 5-Star!!

We just returned from our trip to Seabrook Island and your beautiful condo. We could not have hoped for a more perfect setting and accommodations. Your personal touches were a pleasant surprise. I really expected to be spending more time exploring Charleston, but when we set our bags down, I barely wanted to leave the peace and tranquility of your home and surroundings. I only wish we would have found you before our 13 year old English setter became too old to travel. From all of the reviews, it sounds like a wonderful vacation to share with your four- legged friends. We look forward to a future trip. Thanks again!

fell in love with the Island the minute I left the guard shack. The huge Live Oaks making canopies overhead spoke of age and caring. The owner was particularly helpful in every way. The condo far exceeded my expectations, It was decorated beautifully and comfortably with more amenities than any condo or villa I have ever rented. Just steps out the door to the beach from this first floor unit. You simply must check out Fairfields Shopping Town in the loop, gourmet food prepared or not. I enjoyed the restaurant Jasmine Porch at The Sanctuary on Kiawah tremendously and would gladly recommend the Villa and the entire experience to one and all.

This place is so wonderful. It was everything that we expected and more. We were able to take our boxer Shelby with us. This was her first visit to the beach and she was like a 3 year old kid. The entire trip was worth watching her swim in the ocean. We had such a good time and hope to go back soon. It’s so quite and relaxing. I don’t know of any other beach that you can go to and see deer walking around. We were awakened by Shelby on our last night there at 1:40am and there was a huge deer at the bedroom window. How cool is that!!!! I would highly recommend this beautiful place. Don’t forget to see GOD in the amazing sunrises and sunsets.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Seabrook Island this summer! It was a very relaxing and quiet place to visit. We could step out on the deck and watch the ocean from our back door - it was awesome! The condo was wonderfully decorated and very comfortable - we felt right at home there. Our "fur friends" were also very excited about going to the beach. This was their first beach trip and they all loved it! Being able to bring them along made our trip that much more enjoyable. Staying at Seabrook is the perfect idea for someone who wants a quiet beach setting and a short driving distance to Charleston.

We enjoyed our week at Seabrook Island, and found the apartment to be everything described in the listing and more. The kitchen was well-supplied, the apartment nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable and the linens of high quality. The location is amazing -- we hardly wanted to leave the balcony, with its view of the beach. The Seabrook resort is well maintained and beautiful, and we loved the easy drive to Charleston.

We spent the most relaxing week in our life! The pictures of this condo do not do it justice (but is very accurate). We felt very much at home the second we walked in. We were very pleased with the accommodations but more so with the view of the dolphins playing in the water, pelicans soaring through the air then crashing into the water and all the wild birds around. We would recommend going to North Beach on Seabrook Island. With the first step on the beach, we spotted a beautiful sand dollar. What a nice gift Neptune left for us! We had planned to go to Charleston but didn't drive any further than the Piggly Wiggly (a great grocery store to stock up on items - it is about a 20 minute drive). The Freshfields Village is a must too. There are specialty stores galore! Newton Farms is a very unique supermarket with excellent fresh vegetables, meat and seafood. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I could go on and on but I think you get the point!! We have reserved the condo for the same time next year. Thank you sharing a piece of heaven with us!!
