Enjoy a very private 3 bedroom vacation house overlooking exotic Zihuatanejo Bay in the gated community of Cerro del Vigia.
The top floor is an expansive open-air living area with a large sofa, dining table for 8, bar and full kitchen. The refrigerator produces purified ice and drinking water. The dipping pool is perfect for cooling off and taking in the view. There is a powder room on this floor. The washer and dryer are located one floor below the open-air living area.
Each bedroom has it own private bath which includes a large shower with a soothing rain shower head. If that is not tempting enough, the shower areas also have spectacular views of the bay. Rooms are equipped with an I-pod stereo, flat-screen TV, safe and a small refrigerator and sink. All rooms have a comfortable king size bed and a twin bed/sofa. Each room has air conditioning and ceiling fans. WiFi capability on the open-air living area and kitchen and internet access on the second floor.

I have been extremely fortunate to be a return Client and stay at this beautiful home four different times - I guess I just can't stay away. This Home is stunningly beautiful (especially the view); nicely decorated; the "common area" is both fun and functional; well proportioned and private rooms; and many amenities. Both the town and unbelievable beaches are accessible as well. I've even walked back and forth to town a number of times which provides one with an exceptional workout due to the hills (but, that's why the view is so exceptional). The hammocks are also really a joy as well to relax while reading a book or watching the Sunset. The pictures here on VRBO, just do not do this home justice. As my subject line states - "Do yourself a favor - STAY HERE" One more thing - did I mention the View?

The view from the open air living space is incredible and only gets better when the sun goes down! Down below we found very large, comfortable rooms with all the amenities. We were drawn to hang out on the upper floor for the most part with the pool for cooling off and the nice big kitchen for easy access to food+drink, but the rooms were a welcome seclusion at the end of the day. The beds were extra large and very comfortable and the bathroom had the best view this side of the International Date Line. There's wireless internet on the upper floor which was great for checking the weather/surf report and for scoping out places in town, which was an easy $5 taxi ride. The housing community felt very secure and safe and the guards (which were around 24/7) were very friendly. I would definitely come back here and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortably vacation. I could see this being perfect for families, couples, surf trips, fishing trips... anyone really!
