You'll feel right at home as you step inside our 2 story villa with a 17-foot high vaulted ceiling. It is decorated in casual Hawaiian decor with everything you need for comfort. Our villa is an end unit for added privacy. You'll love our location within the Colony Villas as the lanai sits close enough to see the pool, but far enough away for privacy.
The master bedroom and guest bedroom are located on separate floors and corners of the villa. This is an ideal set up for a couple, 2 couples, or a family. There is a distant view of the ocean from the master bedroom balcony. The floor plan and vaulted ceiling gives the space an open and spacious feel. We take pride in ownership and try to maintain a clean and well-equipped home. There is approximately 1200 feet of bright living space.
Living room: Equipped with cable TV and CD player. Brand new wide screen TV just installed Jan. 2009. Free internet is available. There is a fan to stir the tropical breezes.
Kitchen: Granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and coffee grinder. We keep the kitchen well-equipped for your cooking needs.
Master bedroom: Contains a king size bed, television, and fan. Balcony has 2 chairs and a table with a distant ocean view. Huge walk-in closet and bathroom with separate shower, soaking tub, and 2 sinks. There is a T.V. in the bedroom.
Guest bedroom: Queen size bed and fan. Downstairs bedroom is located right next to the bathroom.
We are also equipped with a portacrib and baby gate for the stairs.
Golfers: Within the Waikoloa Resort there are 2 world class golf courses: The King's Course and The Beach Course. There are several other courses located nearby.
From the villa it is about a 10 to 15 minute walk (or short drive) to The King Shops and The Queen Shops. There you will find restaurants, shopping, ice cream, a grocery store and Starbucks. There is a 3 mile loop (flat) around the resort which is perfect for walking or jogging.
We visit our Hawaiian villa regularly and have provided a binder of restaurant menus, location and hours of local grocery stores, where to rent a boat, where to get fresh-caught fish locally, great beach locations, our favorite masseuse, etc. We also have provided books, games, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and ice chest for your use. We take pride in ownership and strive to provide you with the things you need to have an enjoyable vacation.
