Year Purchased: 2006
Hi. We are Philip and Sylvia. We came to Roatan to retire two years ago from cold, old England. We love everything about the island, but most especially we love the sunshine and never feeling cold. The sea is gorgeous and we love to swim and snorkel whenever we get the chance. Our retirement has not happened yet as we also have a hotel here which keeps us busy most of the time. We know you will love this house and it's unique position right on the beach.

This house is our dream come true. Our doorstep view to the sea is stunningly beautiful and we still can't belive our luck in being able to own this piece of perfect paradise. We are unable to live in it full time so we offer it for vacation rentals.
The Unique Benefits of this House
What we love most when we do stay there is getting out of bed in the morning and walking the few steps to the beach and into the sea for a refreshing swim before doing anything else. The best way we know to start the day. Sometimes we are the only people on the beach and we pretend it is all ours.
