We (2 adults, 3 kids ages 7, 5, and 2) enjoyed a relaxed weekend in Table Rock Lake, and this condo was perfect. We avoided going to Silver Dollar City, but it was indeed very close. Branson was only 10-15 minutes away and convenient for dining out. The unit is on the upper floor in the corner, which kept our noise contained (hopefully) from other guests. Very easy to find. We noted the glass top on coffee and dining tables given our kids' age, but it was not a problem for us. Perhaps in response to the previous review, but there were soap pumps for every sink and all basic paper products. We brought our own shampoo, which proved useful. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Thank you, Lisa, for sharing your place with us!

Having stayed in many VRBO condos, this one ranks among the top for fun decor and amazing views. The pictures are accurate and the unit was well maintained, except for a closet door off it's track and sparkling clean, except for the oven. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities, except for a manual can opener. The refrigerator's ice maker does not work and it is very loud running. Over all, I gave it a 4/5 stars and would recommend it to others as long as a couple of issues are noted. The first is the lack of basic supplies. There was no bar soap, and just a tiny bit of dish soap. There was only a quarter of a roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet tissue. The owner provides laundry soap for one load of towels the renter is required to do. I've never experienced the lack of these basic supplies in any other unit I've rented and, had I known, I would have brought them with me. Since I didn't and we got there late, it was inconvenient to have to immediately go to the store. Whether or not the owner should have provided the supplies OR the information is not the issue, I'm giving you a heads up so the same inconvenience won't happen to the next renter. The second issue is a bigger issue. This unit is advertised to have a Murphy bed with a topper. Instead, it has a blow up bed. My adult daughter had to sleep on it the entire time. She was OK with it, said it was somewhat uncomfortable, but had I known, I would have chosen another unit. The third issue is the biggest issue for me. When I emailed the owner asking where the soap and supplies were, she immediately got defensive. When I emailed her asking about the Murphy bed, she did not respond. That is a big deal to me! What if we had had a REAL problem and not just an inconvenient and uncomfortable one?
Owner response:I am sorry this renter seemed to be so unhappy. I would like to say in my defense that every sink has liquid soap at it. The paper towels and toilet paper are suppose to be filled each time the unit is cleaned I will make sure that happens from now on. I was there two weeks after and there was amanual can opener in the drawer. As for the Murphy bed ,when I joined Vrbo they did not give you the option of putting a blow up mattress as your extra so I chose Murphy bed and in the description I put specificly what it was. I always try to be polite and nice to my guests. I will admit I was la little defensive. The tone of voice and calling my can opener junk and im sorry but I have never had anyone complain about any of these items. I want my guests to be happy and I hope if there is an issue they will call. I have two cell numbers on the refridgerator for people to reach me on. I do not always answer my email everyday. I do not know if something is broke if not told about it. I hope this clears up any misunderstandings.

This condo was perfect! It was super clean, decorated w/ a relaxing palm tree theme that just set the tone for a vacation condo. The view from the balcony was amazing...so beautiful. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening watching the late boaters cruise the lake. We have a boat also, so having the marina and boat slips right there was so convenient. The marina workers are so helpful and friendly, can't say enough good things about them. The boys loved having their own beds to sleep in. Having two beds in the second bedroom is a definite plus! A big thank you for opening your condo up to our family. Your were so great to go through for our vacation, completely stress free! We had a blast and would definitley recommend this condo to our friends and family.

This was a super nice condo, clean and nicely decorated with a great view. Enjoyed the balcony and watching the boats go in and out and even seeing the Branson Belle. Grandsons enjoyed the pool and the manager at the boat dock (Harold) was ever so helpful in getting our boat in the water when we arrived and even helping us load it up when we left. Would recommend this place to anyone - close to Branson and all the entertainment.

Our stay was awsome 6-27-10 to 7-4-10, the condo was great, roomy, and the view was breath taking. We took our boat. My on board battery charger shot craps from day 1 of the vacation. The marina let me borrow their charger for the whole week, i was shocked. By the end of the trip all of the marina guys knew me and some of the grounds crew. they are all really nice and very helpful with any thing you need. I am already looking to to book another vacation to stay in the condo, if i cant, i will book though the resort, because lisa and dean and rock lane resort are FAR ABOVE THE REST. i know this because i have stayed at alot of condos and resorts down there. Thanks for everything,

I did some research, and upon reading all the wonderful reviews of this place, I booked the condo for 4 days, 3 nights. I will never forget the 'Wow!!!s" we all uttered when we first walked in the condo. This place is so roomy, so well decorated, so conveniently located, so quiet, just a first class place to stay. The owner was wonderful to deal with, the deck had a beautiful view of Table Rock Lake, the drive to Silver Dollar City was less than 10 minutes, the restaurant at the club house was very good. We will be back, it's the only place I'd choose to stay when visiting the area year after year.

Our family had a wonderful vacation. The condo has a perfect view of the lake and all the amenities you would need. Very tasteful decor and location is convenient to all Branson activities. It's the best place we've stayed at in the Branson area. Don't pass this up!

We really enjoyed our stay. What a spectacular view with a wonderful place to spend a vacation. So conveniently located near Silver Dollar City and Branson, you can be in the thick of the entertainment one minute and the next be relaxing at the lake. We would surely look forward to a return trip in the near future. Oh, what a well equipped condo. That was really appreciated. Having a boat slip and a marina so close was great, and the people were very nice. Thanks a lot.

The condo was wonderful. It was exactly how the pics looked, even better! We loved our stay. It was so comfortable and felt just like home. You're right, the lake is beautiful. I wish that we would have had more time to spend there. We would love to come back one day with friends. Thanks again for allowing us to rent your condo.

Thanks, Lisa! We had a fun but crazy time. We were in town for the homeschool basketball tournament in Springfield. we thought we'd have games at 4:00 & then again around 9:00 at night (so had planned to enjoy the tennis courts at your resort and the fun things in Branson during the morning and early afternoon hours). Turned out we had 9:00 in the morning games. And the 9:00 at night games often began at 10:15! needless to say, we were exhausted by the end of the week. we didn't get to enjoy most of the fun things we wanted to do while in Branson. But, it was SO nice to wake up and enjoy a morning cup of coffee on your deck over looking the lake. very beautiful! We did get to visit the Titanic museum, the Bass pro shop, and my son caught a couple trout down by the hatchery. We were SO thankful for your roomy and comfy condo! Oh, my! we slept well and were *so* thankful for your beds and quality sheets. I'm sorry that I didn't have time to write in your guest book. I would have mentioned that. Thank you for renting your wonderful condo to us! It was nice to have a comfy and well furnished place to call home for a week. We will definitely keep your place in mind the next time we are down. : ) ~Jody Rosedahl
