This spacious, charming condo is located on second floor of the gulf-side building of Bay Tree Club, directly on the gulf with a spectacular unobstructed view of the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico each evening. One bedroom, with two twins that can be put together to make a king-sized bed, has a Gulf view, access to the screened lanai, a walk-in closet, and a newly remodeled bath with walk-in shower. The other bedroom has a king size bed, large closet and a semi-private bath with tub and shower combination.
Decorated in bright beachy colors, the unit features a well-equipped kitchen and dining table that comfortably seats 6. There is a heated pool for this building only, a shared laundry room across the hall from the unit, use of a locked private beachside cabana, and a designated parking space right by the elevator.
Cross the wide green lawn past the pool to the private beach, which is located south of Crescent Beach and north of Turtle Beach Park. This beautiful and uncrowded beach was completely revitalized a couple of years ago.
