Coquina Beach is centrally located on Middle Gulf Drive. Just a short drive to your favorite Sanibel locations such as Sanibel's historic lighthouse, art galleries, golf courses, fine or casual dining, and shopping.
Long considered a mecca for shell collectors, Sanibel is also known for its wildlife. Two thirds of Sanibel is part of the Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge with its lagoons, exotic tropical plants, alligators, manatee's, and a wide variety of birds.

We were lucky enough to stay here during XMAS 2011. The unit and complex are wonderful. Well furnished, clean and we had plenty of space. The kids loved the loft. We have rented numerous places through VRBO but Maribeth was the best owner we have dealt with. We can't wait to go back to Sanibel and we definately will be staying here! Thanks Maribeth.
