This newly decorated coach home with 2 bedrooms and a den is located in a cul-de-sac, end unit, on the second floor. It features granite countertops, 52" flat panel TV, overlooking the 4th Tee Box and a view of the lake. You also have your own private attached garage.

Just pack your clothes. Bring your IPod for the supplied docking station. Everything else is here.

We are nestled in the Pelican Sound Golf and River Club which is a sold out private and 24-hour manned gated bundled golf community. Amenities included are 27 hole golf course, six har-tru lit tennis courts, six pools, a fitness center, boat storage, boat ramp on the Estero River with access to Estero Bay and the Gulf, The Golf Club and The River Club, canoe park, nature trail, gorgeous landscaping and wildlife.

Pelican Sound has it's own shuttle to take you to the beach at Lovers Key.

Shop till you drop, newly opened large Coconut Point Shopping mall is just blocks away. Miromar Mall, grocery stores, gas station and drug store are either just around the corner or minutes from Pelican Sound.

  • We stayed here in late October. The location was great for everything we wanted to do including shopping, restaurants and beaches. The home itself was beautiful, very comfortable and well kept. It had everything we needed to feel right at home. The property was very nice with many pools, beautiful golf course, trails etc... It's an ideal property for a family or small group gathering. Plenty of space and ammenties. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again soon.

  • We stayed here with six girls for a nice fall get away. Great accommodations, perfect for socializing. Great location for getting to the beach and, lots of shopping. We also enjoyed the six pools on the property. Everything we needed for our week was available in the unit. Everyone had a great time. Plan to do it again next year!

  • We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It is very nicely furnished and had more than expected living space - quite comfortable. We loved the view from the lanai which overlooked the golfcourse/pond. I would highly recommend this property. We plan to return again hopefully some day soon.

  • We stayed in this very nicely furnished/equipped coach home for six weeks and loved it. It is spacious and comfortable. Nice pools, golf, biking trails and water shuttle to Lover's Key. Nice area - lots of great shopping nearby as well as great variety of restaurants.

  • Our family stayed for our spring break vacation and had a wonderful time. Everything we needed was available in the unit. My husband enjoyed golfing, while the kids and I enjoyed the boat ride to Lovers Key beach and the pools available in the community. Proximity to the airport, shopping, the outlet mall and beaches worked wonderfully for us. After a long MN winter we enjoyed the weather the most. I would recommend this unit to others looking for a home away from home!
