From this beautiful contemporary Cape it is only a short five minute walk to the beach. On your way you will pass over a scenic foot bridge spanning a tidal stream and walk over the dunes to Nauset Beach on the Atlantic. The house is located in the Pochet Property Owners Association, an exclusive neighborhood with unpaved roads and deeded rights to the beach.
The house received a face lift in 2008 with new LR couch, new appliances in the kitchen, a screened-in porch and silent wall-mounted remote controlled air conditioners in each bedroom. High speed internet and WiFi are also available for your use.

There is also a large TV. The adjoining bathroom is reached through a dressing room with its own sink, mirror and make-up lighting.
* GUEST BEDROOMS
Enjoy fabulous ocean views from these two rooms. They each contain two twin beds with night table in between, as well as lamps and radio clocks.
* BATHROOMS
The downstairs bathroom has both tub and shower. The upstairs bathroom with sky light has a walk-in shower.
FRESH WATER SWIMMNG OPPORTUNITIES
Should the ocean be a little intimidating to your infant or toddler you may want to visit either of two beautiful fresh water ponds with sandy beaches and calm temperate water which are only a ten minute car ride away, off Monument Road in Orleans.
GENERAL: We have beach chairs, and for children a booster chair, two Pack 'n Plays and lots of beach toys.
