This unit features a king size bed in the master, a queen bed in the second bedroom, a set of twin bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom is outfitted with a 22" flat screen TV, DVD player, and iPod ready alarm clock.
Nine foot ceilings and 1,370 square feet allow you to bring the entire family for an unforgettable vacation. The kitchen is outfitted with GE Profile appliances, granite countertops, four bar stools, and a six person table. After enjoying the sunset from our spacious balcony, watch a movie on the 42" flat screen television. Other perks include a DVD/VHS player and a Sony iPod station with CD player and radio.
Treasure Island is an upscale complex perfectly located on the quiet end of Thomas Drive. You are within a short drive of many wonderful restaurants and St. Andrews State Park. Forget the car. . .you are within walking distance to a variety of restaurants.

We stayed in this condo the week of June 4-10 2011 and we loved it. The condo was beautiful and had plenty of room. The furniture was very comfortable and decorated nicely. We had a great view of the beach, pool ocean from the 5th floor balcony. The parking being close by on the 5th floor was wonderful as well as the condo being so close to the elevators. There are several great restaurants within walking distance or within a short drive. The owners Katy and Chris were great to work with, they were the nicest people to deal with. We loved the keyless entry, not having to keep up with a key was wonderful. We would defnitely stay at this condo again. We loved everything about the condo!!!!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

My family stayed at this condo in June of 2010 and had a great time. The accommodations, location, view, etc. were all wonderful. My family cannot wait to stay here again! It was a pleasure dealing with these owners.
