You have heard this before. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Monterey C.C. is a hidden jewel when it comes to location. Located near the best shopping in the valley. Located near the McCallum Theatre for great entertainment. Located near great restaurants. Located to pools and spas. Located near the clubhouse and the tennis and fitness center.

The condo has been going through a remodeling phase which is just about complete. We started in May 2008 and we should be ready for the new season.

The newly tiled floor in the living room and dining area, as well as in the kitchen and both bathrooms makes the place sparkle. King size beds are in both bedrooms as well as having large mirrored door closets. The master bedroom has a TV and clock radio with a small computer desk in the corner.
The master bathroom also has a large mirrored door closet along with two separate counter sinks.

The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary small appliances and cooking utensils, as well as a new refrigerator with ice maker, stove and space saver microwave.

The washer and dryer are both located inside the condo, in a lighted recessed utility room that also stores cleaning supplies.

There is a 37" flat screen LCD HDTV located in the vaulted ceiling living room with a separate CD, DVD player and tuner. Also provided with this condo is high speed internet and phone service.

The rear patio overlooks the center of the largest greens on the Monterey C.C. golf course. The green side patio is furnished with 4 swivel chairs and a table together with 2 lounge chairs. There is also a small water feature.
This property is a minimum 31 day rental only.
