Aloha Villas is located on the sandy beach in South Maui, Hawaii. Maui Villas consist of four oceanfront Villas of 2,000 square feet or 186 square meters each. All four Maui Villas are tastefully furnished and decorated to bring you Hawaii oceanfront living at its finest.
• Villa 1 - oceanfront on the second floor: 2 master suites plus guest room/bath
• Villa 2 - oceanfront on the ground floor: 2 master suites plus guest room/bath
• Villas 3 - two-story Townhouse with ocean view. 2 master suites plus guestroom/bath; extra family room downstairs, extra half bath off kitchen
• Villas 4 - two-story Townhouse with ocean view. 2 master suites plus guestroom/bath; extra family room downstairs, extra half bath off kitchen
In addition, all four Aloha Villas come with central air-conditioning, a dinning/living room, a gourmet kitchen, a full laundry room as well as outdoor living spaces such as balconies and patios.
The property is gated with electronic gates. There is a heated salt water swimming pool and hot tub; poolside BBQ and dinning; outdoor shower; wireless internet and of course the magnificence of walking right out onto the beach for a morning swim or a few miles walk in the sand.
Aloha Villas are within walking distance of Azeka’s Mall which features over 50 shops, grocery stores, medical office, wine store and a variety of restaurants featuring regional and international cuisines. Less than a mile away on Pi’ilani Highway is the Pi’ilani Village Shopping Center. Among the 30 plus shops you will find Safeway, Blockbuster, Ruby Tuesday, Outback Steak House, and Starbucks just to name a few.
As a bonus, this property is perfect for your Maui Beach Wedding and corporate events. It is highly recommended that a Wedding Planner is involved to assist with permits and State Land regulations. You cannot find a Maui Rental where it can be rented in 3, 6, 9 or 12 bedroom configuration. NOTE: Please call for rates regarding renting 3 or 4 villas.

This oceanfront villa is one of the premier properties in Maui. It is right on the beach and enjoys some of the best panoramic views on the island. We were immediately captivated with the views of the ocean windsurfers who were 20 feet or higher in the air right behind the house!
This home is a most luxurious and sophisticated property in Kihei - from the hardwood floors to the granite countertops. Top of the line amenities have been included. Right outside your front door there is a beautiful private salt water pool .
You will feel safe and sound with 2 security gates around the property; one for your car - then another when you enter the property.
The owner has provided all the comforts of home and included additional well-appointed touches everywhere. The beds are so comfortable, and of course the Egyptian cotton sheets and lots of pillows on every bed give it that extra special touch. Since the 3 bedrooms each have their own bathroom, traveling with a larger group is possible and very comfortable.
The last night of our trip we were pleased to end the evening with a glorious sunset view from the comfort of the lounge chairs on the back porch!

If you want the most relaxing and beautiful place to stay on Maui, this is it! This beachfront Villa is absolutely stunning and the views are incredible.......beautiful sunsets nightly! The location was convienent to everything. We had 3 couples and had more than enough space for everyone. The property manager and owner were so nice to work with and I have to say that it was the best and most enjoyable vacation ever. Thank you so much Lani and Mimi, we will be back for sure!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Absolutely breathtaking! Our stay was truly Hawaiian. We can't wait to come back to the land of Aloha! the whales breaching, playing, lapping off shore was a delight to watch while eating breakfast from the living room, sipping aloha drinks from the patio and from the master bedroom!! Thank you! We had a great time. Your condo is beautiful; Maui is a great place to vacation. We loved boogie boarding at Polo Beach. Taking a shower will never be the same again! We couldn't have had a nicer time. The condo was absolutely gorgeous but at the same time "warm and comfortable". We have never seen more beautiful sunsets from the deck and whale watching too!! I will miss the lullaby of the ocean waves singing me to sleep each night. I will miss the sunsets and I will remember this beautiful setting.
