This is a beautifully decorated home with a very large master bedroom. The balcony is one of the largest in the complex with a wonderful view of the ocean!
This is a quiet complex which is maintained professionally. All the pool furniture is brand new and the tennis courts are kept in good condition. The carpets were replaced in 2008 and look great.
Close to everything...Pismo Beach, Shopping Outlets, Avila Beach, Morro bay, San Luis Obispo and the famous McKlintock's restaurant. Only responsible renters please.
No party animals! This is a quiet complex and we require our renters to respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. This is a nice quiet place to relax and have fun!
