Location: Anza, Inland Empire, California, USA (Just minutes to either Temecula or Palm Desert.)

Accommodations:  House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-8)

Come enjoy country living at its best with breath taking views of the Anza Valley and surrounding mountains. This newer, large 2000 sq ft, single story, 3/BR, 2/BA home has everything to offer.

Bring your horses, 4WD vehicles, ATV's, motorcycles and mountain bikes or just go hiking on the local trails or go fishing at one of the local lakes.

Facilities include 3 stall horse facility with paddocks and large riding arena. A wash rack is also available. Miles of dirt riding trails available right off the property with breathtaking views.

Don't have horses and want to ride? Then just contact one of the local riding stables to enjoy a quick trail ride.

Why drive to Glamis, come here and enjoy over 27 miles of legally approved (green sticker) motorcycle and ATV trail riding on the California Riding and Hiking Trail which runs from Anza to Warner Springs. Or take your motorcycle to the professionally designed Cahuilla Motocross Track. Don't have your own, rent an ATV from a local company that will deliver it to the property for the day or the week.

Go fishing for trout, bass, catfish at Lake Hemet or Lake Fulmor, just a short drive from the property. If you don't have a California fishing license, purchase a daily/weekly/annual license from the market at Lake Hemet. Fish from shore or rent a boat.

If you have a 4WD vehicle, you can easily and quickly drive down to Anza Borrego-Desert State Park or up on top of Santa Rosa Mountain for breath taking views and beautiful sunsets and possibly catch a glimpse of some big horn sheep. You can also drive over Thomas Mountain or up to Cahuilla Mountain.

If you like to hike or mountain bike, with a short drive, you can hike the many trails in Idyllwild including Tahquitz Peak, or you can visit various trails in lovely Garner Valley which includes the Pacific Crest Trail. Or you can visit Pinyon Pines Canyon or hike Cahuilla Mountain. I have a few mountain bikes you can rent for the day or week if you don't have your own. You can also rock climb at Tahquitz Peak if that is your hobby.

Anza has many wonderful local restaurants. Enjoy steak and seafood or if Mexican food is more your thing, you have two in town to choose from. Many restaurants provide live music and entertainment on the weekends. Karaoke is available on Thursday nights at one local restaurant if you're inspiring to be the next American Idol. Or if you feel lucky, just do some gambling at the Cahuilla Casino.

Want to do some upscale shopping? Palm Desert is just a short drive from the property with many fine retailers to choose from.

Want to go golfing, Temecula or Palm Desert are just thirty minutes from the property and provide many championship golf courses.

Visit the Temecula wine country or shop the antique shops in Old Town Temecula. Or just enjoy a Hot Air Balloon ride while you're there.

Have kids? bring them, this property is great if your kids like to paintball. You can even rent Paintball equipment from a local company for the day.

We even have a hay target if you want to bring your archery set.

If you're a rock hound, you can search the surrounding areas for great quartz or tourmaline rocks. You can spend hours doing it and find some really cool rocks!

During the summer,if your kids want to cool off, you can drive over to one of the following water parks: Knott's Soak City in Palm Springs, Diamond Valley Aquatic Center in Hemet or Vail Lake Village in Temecula.
