Hampton Place is located within the Leamington Gates of Palmetto Dunes on the Atlantic Ocean. This three bedroom, three bath, third floor unit has great ocean views. It features a bright open floor plan and it is in beautiful condition. Very nicely furnished, the interior features include tile flooring, solid oak cabinetry, nine-foot ceilings with custom traditional moldings, large balconies overlooking pools and ocean, and large spa bathtubs. There is ample parking with an elevator at its underground parking area. Hampton Place is next door to the Hilton Resort (Restaurants, Pool Bar, Kids Day Camp Program and more). It's also walking distance to Arthur Hills Golf, and even the PD Tennis Center. A bike path runs throughout the resort providing easy access to all of its amenities.
