Hampton Place is located within the Leamington Gates of Palmetto Dunes on the Atlantic Ocean. This three bedroom, three bath, third floor unit has great ocean views. It features a bright open floor plan and it is in beautiful condition. Very nicely furnished, the interior features include hardwood flooring, solid oak cabinetry, wet bar with icemaker, nine-foot ceilings with custom traditional moldings, large balconies overlooking pools and ocean, and large spa bathtubs.
