A well maintained delightful one bedroom apartment. The building, which is well over a hundred years old is an imposing Victorian building, and is nestled in the Kensington area.
Within the apartment is of course the bedroom with newly fitted lovely draw strung curtains to block out that morning London sunshine. The same again in the living room, adorning fantastic Victorian bay windows, you really will feel like your somewhere special. There's even room for the children, a comfy sofa bed and guest bed can help contribute towards an inexpensive family holiday.
With entertainment as well, a free DVD library, free Wi Fi, a few books to read, a backgammon set for the avid players, and a quality CD 5 disc Stereo Player, so don't forget your CD's. In the bedroom there is a TV with VHS combo and yet another Video Library for your perusal, as well again as Digital TV.
It is the perfect place from which to explore London, whilst at the same time feeling like a local with your own place to rest your feet at the end of a hard day sightseeing.
Also; it is close to trendy areas such as High Street Kensington, Portobello Market and the Kings Road and to an array of museums and galleries such as the Natural History Museum, the V&A, and the Tate Britain. All accessible via a fantastic Public Transport system.
There really is no excuse for not getting out there and seeing this fantastic city, using our apartment as a good base to see all.
