Come and enjoy the beautiful, white sandy beaches, emerald-green waters, and soothing Gulf Coast.

We offer a lovely townhouse that caters to families and is located in a large gated community. You must be age 25 or older to rent.

Downstairs has a den, kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer, and half bath. The den includes a sofa bed that sleeps two, color TV, and DVD. The kitchen provides all the appliances, dishes, cookware, and silverware that you are accustomed to at home. It also includes a bar with six stools, and dining area to seat four people.

Upstairs has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, VCR, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, VCR, and ceiling fan.

The rear exit leads to a large screened in porch. Outside the porch you can enjoy your coffee or favorite drink while sitting at picnic table or lawn swing located on a quiet canal.

Our townhouse is located in the "Heart of the Strip" and is just a five-minute walk to the beach. At the beach we have our own private swimming pool/cabana. On the complex grounds we offer FREE putt putt, shuffleboard, gym, tennis, and ten swimming pools.

PLEASE NOTE: The Association guidelines for our Townhouse size (2-BR) limit accomodations to 6 PEOPLE and is strictly monitored. If there are more than 6 people in your family, PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE, as we are not permitted to rent if more than 6.

A $60 clean-up fee + sales taxes wiil be added to the above rates.  Weekly
rental preferred.  Will consider 3 nite minimum. A $150 security deposit required
to lock in. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival date. The security deposit
will be returned as soon as inventory taken and key is returned.
Cancellation must be made 2 weeks prior to arrival date.  PETS NOT ALLOWED. THIS
IS "NON-SMOKING" UNIT. CHECK IN 3:00 PM ** CHECK OUT 10:00 AM ALL LOCAL TIME

  • This is a wonderful condo, very clean and the layout is great. It's location is extremely conveient, with a short walk to the beach. This is a great value for the price. Gulf Highlands is a family oriented and quiet. The Bogg's are very pleasant to do business with, and are great people. We have been staying here for several years, and would recommend others.

  • This is a wonderful townhouse. It is arranged very nicely. We had a great time. I would highly recommend it. The walk to the beach is not bad. It is only about 5 min. Great location to everything. I would love to stay here again. Great rates also for what you get.
