Come and enjoy our "Beachy" themed getaway called Kokomo in the Keys! Our home has been newly decorated to provide our guests with a tropical atmosphere. We are located in "The Keys" area in Oceanside Village, a beautiful, 144 acre community. The community is private, gated, and has 24 hour security. It also has it's own private beach access, with parking, complete with private restrooms, and outside showers.
There are two pools, one heated indoor, an outdoor, and both have kiddie pools. Amenities also include a fenced in playground, tennis and basketball courts, soccer goal, and five stocked fishing lakes, complete with many friendly ducks to feed.
Golf cart is included for your convenience. This is the easiest mode of transportation in the community.
Our home is located close to the beach access, only a short 5 minute walk, or golf cart ride to the beach. The house has a large, open floor plan with cathedral ceilings in the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The kitchen features a sky-light, is fully equipped, with dishwasher and garbage disposal. The dining room seats four, and the kitchen also has a breakfast nook and bar with stools, for additional seating.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, cathedral ceilings, double closets, ceiling fan, and cable TV with DVD player. The master bath has a garden tub, and separate stand-up shower. The second bedroom has a double bed with a walk-in closet, cable TV, and ceiling fan. The third bedroom features two twin beds, a walk-in closet, cable TV, and ceiling fan. The second bath is full sized with tub and shower head.
We have a nice deck with table and chairs, and gas grill for outside dining.
Linens and towel are provided, however we ask that you provide your own beach towels and paper products.
We rent only to families, and no PETS please.
SMOKING is permitted OUTSIDE only.

It is the renter's responsibility to leave our home clean and as nice as you found it.

During peak season, nightly rentals may not be available.

Thank you for such a great and comfortable place to relax. We really enjoy our stay in the keys and found the location to be very convenient to almost everything. it is within walking distance to the beach. The golf cart was extra special, we enjoy riding all over Oceanside wihich made it even better. The house is nicely decorated and very clean your description of the house was accuate. We look forward to next year in renting your place.

We came down to get married and had a great time. The house was beautiful in a great location in Oceanside Village. Our transaction with the owners were flawless. I would highly recommend anyone staying here. You will not be disappointed. We look forward to coming back.
