We spent five days enjoying Seville and our great apartment. The location was very central, quiet neighborhood and good restaurants and stores nearby. The apartment had a good kitchen. We really enjoyed the shared rooftop terrace.

Très agréable appartement, propre et bien agencé. Ascenseur intérieur qui donne également accès à la grande terrasse à partager avec les autres vacanciers, sans que cela pose de problèmes. Accueil très sympathique, tous les renseignements nécessaires pour un bon séjour à Seville nous ont été donnés. Emplacement idéal, très proche de la vaste et jolie place Almenida de Hercules (100 m), entourée d'une multitude de bars à tapas et restaurants. Centre historique (cathédrale, alcazar, vieille ville à 25 mn à pied). Inutile d'utiliser sa voiture (les places de parking sont rares dans cette ville, et lorsque le véhicule est stationné, on ne le bouge plus !). Mais il est facile de visiter la ville sans s'y perdre, et il existe une station de bus à 5 mn. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.

Lovely apartment in Sevilla

The apartment was a lovely base for our exploration of Sevilla for four days in April. Jean Pierre was conscientious in ensuring that we were comfortably situated. The apartment was not only immaculately clean, but also very comfortable, well-outfitted and attractive. Wifi worked well. The apartment is located just a block from the market street, Calle Feria, so we were within easy reach of groceries, including great cheeses and olives and ham. We were right near the top of Alameda de Hercules, the wonderful long park lined with great small restaurants and bars, especially El Aljibe. The walk from 56 Peral to the center of Sevilla is short and fascinating. We loved, too, the flea market on Thursday morning on Feria. The neighborhood is local residential, so I felt as though we got to know a part of Sevilla that we might have otherwise missed. Thank you, Jean Pierre, for a lovely base of operations!

Great Time at Seville

The apartment was very nice and clean. We liked the district - about 15 minutes to walk to the cathedral. Nice restaurants and bars very close to the apartment. But we also spent time on the great roof top. The owner was very nice and helpful. If we come back to Seville we would stay at this apartment again und we will recommend it to our friends.

The apartment is clean and very comfortable for two, or three people. Jean Pierre is helpful, courteous, friendly and can easily answer any and all questions about the area. We were very cozy during our two week stay. The roof top patio is wonderful for enjoying the sun, or twilight. It is located just blocks from Plaza de la Alameda, which has many very good restaurants dotting its perimeter. It is approximately a 30 minute walk to the interior of the city, but so very worth it. You will wind your way through safe, charming and interesting combblestone streets and neighborhoods. Shopping for essentials and food is a mere two blocks. If we are in Seville again, we will stay in these charming apartments...

Outstanding stay in Seville

We travel a lot and have rented apartments in many European cities. Our apartment at 56 Peral (unit 6) was one of the best we've ever rented. Everything matched the description on the website and/or previous agreement. The pictures reflect the apartment perfectly, unlike many other places. Everything was immaculate The appliances, including dishwasher and washer, worked well. For a couple the apartment is spacious enough; for a couple with 1-2 young children will work well too. Two couples will run in the issue of privacy mainly due to the fact that the bathroom (quite small, but functional) is an ensuite with the entrance through the bedroom. The location is interesting (and safe). We never met tourists in our morning chores (low season?). However, just 3-4 blocks from the apartment, towards the historic center, there are several bars and cafes always alive with locals and a few tourists. We walked to all the main attractions but there are reliable buses nearby (2-4 blocks) that will take you to different parts of the city, including the (beautiful) train station. Buses work well and drivers are always courteous. And the cherry on the top: Jean-Pierre manages the property at a very high level of professionalism and courtesy. He answers emails immediately, meets you at the time agreed, shows all details of the property and provides maps and lists of the nearby services (grocery shops, markets, bus stops), city attractions, and recommends restaurants. Any question we asked, he answered right away, with details, and even booked a taxi for early morning to airport and printed a flight change, just in case there was one more mix-up by Iberia and American Airlines. His attention, efficiency and friendliness certainly contributed to our enjoyment of the trip. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone interested to spend a few days exploring the beautiful city of Seville and nearby towns in Andalucia.

We would recommend this well and modern equipped, clean property to everbody who comes to Sevilla and wants to stay in a quiet area. We enjoyed to have also shops and a wide range of restaurants/tapas bars to be reached by feet within several minutes. Service was extremely helpful and good. If we ever come again to Sevilla, we will return to this very nice and relaxing place.

My husband and I stayed at this property for six nights. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the main tourist attractions or a 5 minute cab drive. Because it is in a real neighborhood there were reasonably priced shops and restaurants around. The apartment was as described - everything worked and it was nice to have a separate living/dining room to read in if I woke up before my husband. One of the best things about the apartment is the management. Jean Pierre, the manager, absolutely saved our vacation. When we had a cell phone problem he patiently used his phone to contact the US help desk and they were able to talk us through the solution. That was typical of every interaction we had with him. He was always available; always helpful. If we were to come back to Seville, we would certainly stay at the apartment again.

We booked 3 nights with Jean Pierre and he gave us great information before and at arrival for transportation and sightseeing. The rooftop lounge was great; interesting people to kick back with; and it was great to do our laundry and know we could dry it up there in no time. We ended up booking a 4th night and J-P was very accomondating, allowing us to leave our luggage in the apt. while we scooted off to Marrakech for a long weekend. Easy to find with the landmarks, quiet once the bar across the street closed (early enough!). Have been in other VRBOs worldwide; this was a goodie.

A very comfortable flat

We spent 2 weeks at Peral's, We could visit all the town by feet. It's closed to the best square "los Hercules" for having a drink with " tapas".The flat is very comfortable with all you need as equipment. It's clear, lighty, calm, absolutely clean, and Jean-Pierre is very kind and he can help or give adresses.

Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay at this wonderful apartment. The listing description is completely accurate and the photos reflect the property perfectly. You know what to expect. The place was very clean and well maintained. It was centrally located and near several bus lines which helps when dealing with over 100 degree weather in Sevilla. The owner and manager were incredibly helpful both at arrival and departure. It was like having your very own consierge and check out desk with out dealing with hotel hassles. We will most definitely suggest this property to family and friends. The manager has a wonderful list of restaurants and attractions ready for you when you arrive. If you are going to Sevilla, you must consider staying at this place.

My wife and I a young couple stayed her for 4 days. First off our train was delayed over 2 hours and with no internet or phone we were so happy to see jean Pierre still waiting for us at the apartment. That could not have been a better start. The place was clean and in a great location right near the hercules plaza. We loved the fact that is was not right in the tourist area but gave you a chance to explore the city before getting to the attractions. Also the main barrios were real close. The suggestions that jean pierre had on the map were amazing. Dos tapas was a great spot. Be prepared to wait but well worth it. This is a great place and we really enjoyed our stay

Good Location for getting to all the sights in Seville. The accomodations are comfortable with very good wireless internet access. Modern kitchen with good appliances, washing machine and dish washer. The manager, Jean Pierre was very responsive to all of our needs and requests and took extra time to welcome us and orient us to the city. The recommended restaurants were among the best we have been to in our six weeks in Europe We would recommend this apartment to our friends. We stayed in the apartment for 5 nights and have no compaints

We spent a month in Spain in 6 major cities which we travelled between by train. Peral 56 was one of our 2 favourite VRBO properties in which we stayed. Jean Pierre and Rhys run an excellent facility and the locaion was perfect. The photos on the VRBO site are accurate and the apt was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Suggestions they made re: what to see, where to eat, and what to do in Sevilla were so helpful in our planning while visiting this lovely city. This was a wonderful location to be our home base while visiting Seville. Having an in-suite washing machine to launder our clothes (we'd been on the road awhile) was a real bonus. We loved the neighborhood: Safe, clean and hospitable, within walking distance of shopping, the old city, and the river pathway. We loved the nearby Alameda de Hercules, a walking plaza lined by great outdoor cafes, bars and restaurants. Jean-Pierre's restaurant recommendations were great... Tried as many as we could, and all were top-notch. Nice apartment, comfortable beds, clean and tidy, everything in good working order. Thanks! Rob and Peggy, from Canada.

Very pleasant stay

We had a great time in Seville and very much enjoyed our four nights at Peral 56. The apartment was exactly as described--we found it comfortable, clean, spacious (for 2) and very bright/sunny. Jean-Pierre was responsive to our questions via email before we came and ready to welcome us to the apartment upon our arrival. So long as you are happy to walk, the location is very good. We enjoyed the proximity to the Alameda de Hercules (it is wonderful to be so close to so many bars/restaurants!) and found that the neighborhood had everything we needed in terms of groceries, banks, etc. The (generally) residential street is also quiet; while there is a tiny bar across the street from the apartment, we found that the shutters (combined with a little white noise from the fan) took care of any minor street noise. We wouldn't have minded being a bit closer to the primary tourist district (it is a solid 15-20 minute walk), but the other features of the neighborhood more than made up for the distance. All in all we very much enjoyed our time in Seville and would happily recommend Peral 56 as a great place to stay.

Comfortable, clean and bright

My husband, 2 teenage daughters and I spent a long weekend at this comfortable apt. It is located on a quiet narrow street however it was within walking distance (15 - 30 min) of the popular tourist sights in Sevilla. Jean Pierre met us at the apt at the agreed upon time and provided an overview of the city, a map and a list of favorite restaurants. The weather was lovely in March so we also spent a few hours one afternoon up on the rooftop terrace eating lunch and relaxing. The apt was small but large enough for 4 "adults" to sleep, eat a meal or just relax awhile. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/pots & pans, etc. to fix breakfast each morning and simple meals for lunch or dinner. One day we hope to return to Sevilla and will also hope that this apt would be available for our next stay.

Excellent Stay at Peral 56.

We had a wonderful vacation in Seville, including our great apartment at Peral 56. The apartment was in a very convenient location to the city center, and also to many great restaurants and stores. We enjoyed being one block from Alameda De Hercules where there are many great places to get tapas and have a drink. There are two grocery stores located in close walking distance, a fresh food market, and many bakeries as well. The main shopping district is a quick ten minute walk. The inside of the apartment looked exactly like the photos and had everything we needed for our stay. The decor was simple and nice. The beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed being able to make breakfast in our kitchen before heading out for the day. We also cannot say enough about Jean Pierre and Reyes, who gave us wonderful tips on great places to eat and things to see in the city. They were so attentive and helpful throughout our stay, from helping us navigate buying train tickets to going the extra step of making sure we had a taxi at 5 a.m. on Christmas morning. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment and look forward to coming back. We would definitely recommend Peral 56 as a great place to stay while visiting Seville! Thanks for everything!

Wir verbrachten die Zeit vom 17.12.-24.12.11 in dieser gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Ideal für 2 Personen. Uns hat es dort gut gefallen, eine ruhige Bleibe in einer quirligen Stadt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich gut. Ob zu Fuß (20 Min.) oder mit dem Bus (Haltestelle ist nicht weit entfernt), die Innenstadt ist gut zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Markt, Supermarkt, Restaurants etc. Brot und Brötchen, sowie viele weitere Lebensmittel gibt es 2 Häuser weiter. Rundherum gelungen.

We really enjoyed our stay at Peral 56, the apartment is exactly as it is described, very clean and well-maintained, the location is very convenient, it is only 15 minute walk to the historic center and very close to stores and restaurants. The staff is so helpful, we were met upon arrival, given very helpful and useful information about sightseeings, transportation including city's map. We also had an issue with our luggage because of the airline's fault, and staff at Peral 56 went above and beyond to help us with our problem. I would highly recommend this apartment for staying in Seville.

This apartment was an excellent value, well-appointed, cozy, and immaculate. The kitchen was convenient for breakfast, especially since there were supermarkets just a few minutes away on Feria Street. The living area is light, airy, and comfortable. The bedroom was quiet and it was very nice to have a washing machine and drying rack in the unit. I'd highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

The apartment contributed greatly to what was a terrific stay in a grand city. It (the apartment) is located on the edge of the Macarena district near the wall of the old city. It is, as described, a snug but well-designed small one-bedroom apartment in a well-maintained, nondescript building on a fairly quiet side street only two short blocks from the main commercial street in the district. All of the amenities and a number of bars and restaurants were within a five block radius. Bus service was readiiy available. The air-conditioned suite contained all of the necessary amenities and was clean. A car is not necessary or even recommended but can be accommodated thanks to our host Jean-Pierre. There is a rooftop terrace available but it was very warm and we were too busy to avail ourselves of it. Jean-Pierre is a very good host. Upon arrival, he helped us with our bags and then he accompanied me to the parking garage (about a kilometre away) where he arranged the most cost-efficient parking available. While walking back, he pointed out a few highlights of the district. Once back at the apartment he provided maps of Seville and, over the next 30 minutes, he explained the transit system, identified certain landmarks on the maps (including grocery stores, bakeries, butchers, etc) and, when prompted, was able to suggest a couple of eateries that he frequented which turned out to be terrific. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who cares to ask. As a final comment to potential visitors, do not be misled by appearances. By day, the area looks a little run down with a fair amount of grafitti but this is deceiving. By night, the district comes alive with light, music and good cheer and the shadows hide all of the surface blemishes. When we return to Sevilla, we will definitely lean towards staying at Peral 56 again. Thank you, again, Jean-Pierre for everything you did for us. Your contribution made our stay in Sevilla great.

cozy apartment, good location

we stayed two nights in this cozy and neat apartment. The location is great, because you are right in the centre of Seville and all the attractions (cathedral, Giralda, Placa Espana, bullfighting arena etc.) are not far away. The apartment itself is well equipped with everything you need - there is even a dishwasher in the kitchen. The furniture is quite new and the rooms tastefully outfitted. Also the rooms are light for there are big window fronts. The best thing is probably the roof terrace where you can find tables, chairs and recliners and also have a nice view. The shops you need are not far away either - a supermarket is to find about 200 metres from the apartment. If you come by car, there is also an underground parking near. And on Alameda de Hercules you can find great tapas bars. So we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would recommend it to other visitors anytime.

We stayed at Peral56 for one week and had a lovely time. The apartment is very well equipped and the centre of Seville, the Cathedral, etc. are all within walking distance (if you don't fancy walking there is a bus stop just around the corner). The rooftop terrace is an added bonus! Jean-Pierre is a great host and extremely helpful. We hope to visit again some day!

The apartment was all fine. Good facilities (airco, nice roof top terrace, good beds, there is even a dishwasher and very good shower, et cetera, there an elevator as well, even to to rooftop terrace) in the apartment. It was all simple, but good and very clean.. The apartment was just a one minute away form a nice square (Alamade de Hercules) where loads of nice restaurants and bars which are a lot cheaper and crowded with less tourists then the centre.. And the centre is just 10-15 minutes away.. Jean-Pierre and (I forgot her name) are truly nice people with good tips.. We enjoyed our holidays in Sevilla quite a lot..

We stayed in Sevilla for 3 days, and this apartment was perfect for the two of us. We loved being in an actual neighborhood, surrounded by locals. It gave us a real sense of what living in the city must be like. The listing description was completely accurate, and the photos accurately reflected the rental's appearance and amenities. The apartment was extremely clean, and we felt very comfortable staying in it. When we arrived (a taxi from the Plaza de Armas train station to the apartment cost approximately 7 euros), the owner was waiting for us and greeted us warmly. She gave us a detailed explanation of the area and offered advice on where to eat, visit, etc. We definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a Sevilla neighborhood experience - and we hope to return one day!

We just returned fromseveral in Sevilla and our stay at this great apartment. The property is very clean, bright and well maintained. Jean Pierre the manager is really helpful and friendly. Wonderful local feeling about the neighbourhood - you really get a feel for how people live in Sevilla. Roof-top terrace is marvellous! Wonderful shops, restaurants, grocers (is a great small take-out place just past MAS with amazing home cooked food) The plaza- alameda de hercules is super! People outside socializing, drinking coffee, beer, eating delicious tapas. perfect! I spent an afternoon in a cafe, reading and enjoying anise spiked espresso! Awesome and restorative. Within walking distance to all best sites, Cathedral, Palace etc. . We highly recommend this apartment and will be back on our next trip to Seville! Thanks Jean Pierre for helping make our visit so wonderful!

The property was very clean and well maintained, the managers were very helpful and friendly. but the best thing is the neighborhood. we enjoyed walking around this area every day, discovering wonderful shops, farmers markets, churches, flea markets, restaurants- everything you could want! and the plaza- alameda de hercules is absolutley fantastic! People outside socializing, drinking coffee, beer, eating delicious tapas. perfect! we enjoyed a wonderful meal at a restaurant on the plaza our last night there. we highly recommend this apartment and would go back in a minute!

Spacious, clean apartment and well supplied with fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. Small bathroom but lots of towels and hair dryer. Twin beds, somewhat hard but down duvets. Jean Pierre was prompt when we arrived and spent time explaining the area and amenities. He's a very helpful guide when new to Seville. The location is within walking distance of old town and a cab ride to the train and bus station. Wifi worked well and was free. Quiet at night and close to a little grocery store. Nice to have an elevator to use at the end of the day. Parking is a problem if you have a vehicle. Would recomment this apartment for the location and price.

My 3 daughters and I were in March 2011 in this nice appartment. The location was superb and Jean Pierre very friendly. He gave us a map of Sevilla and some useful advises( f.e. to go to a flamenco show which we enjoyed very much). We found Sevilla even better than Barcelona: nice admosphere, kind people, beautiful buildings and everthing to reach by foot.

We loved this apartment! It was very clean, safe, and comfortable. The building manager is a gem and went out of his way to be helpful and to make sure we had a good experience. We stayed for 6 weeks in March with 2 small children, and have nothing but positive things to say about our accommodation. The location is ideal if you want a local Sevilla experience. It is within walking distance of all the major sites, but far enough away that you really get to observe the Sevilla culture. In terms of travelling with young children, everything we needed for our baby (baby food, diapers, etc.) was easily attainable within 2 blocks. The apartment is very close to at least 3 great play parks. The Alameda de Hercules is a wonderful place to spend time and is just down the street. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend and hope we can return again sometime.

we stayed in jean pierre's apartment for 4 days in october, and had a great time. this was the most spacious, most luxurious apartment of all that we stayed at in europe, in this price range. great location on the edge of the old city in the macarena district , 2 blocks from the almeda hercules, which offers a wide selection of cafes and restaurants. the cafe culture is alive and well in sevilla! the center of the city is a short bus ride away. jean pierre was a consumate host, providing for all our needs, and checking up on us to make sure things were running smoothly. thanks, jean pierre!

We had an amazing time and stay in Sevilla. The apartment was clean and bright and had everything we needed. The roof top terrace was amazing. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and markets near by and the walk to the center of town is about 10-15 min.max. I had family come in the last week of my stay there and they also stayed in two aparmtents at Peral 56 and were thrilled with the accomadations. I have to say that the best part of Peral 56 is Jean Pierre. He was so helpful with anything and everything. A true gem of Sevilla! Next time we are in Sevilla we will be staying at Peral 56 for sure!

This apartment was very convenient to all transport, within walking distance to the centre, with many restaurants within close proximity as well as a local fresh food market and ell stocked supermarkets. It was in a quiet location, clean, spacious and very well equipped as described in the property description. The owner was efficient and most helpful throughout the booking process, arrival and during our stay. I would recommend this apartment for a stay in Seville.

We had a delightful experience in our little apartment in Sevilla with our four year old son. It was quiet and restful and we could easily walk to the nearby restaurants, playgrounds, the historic centre and the nearby fresh produce market. We didn't use the kitchen as much as we would have liked as it is very modern. There is a flamenco school across the street and we often heard lovely flamenco guitar. The simple bar Willy across the street has excellent coffee. Jean Pierre is very helpful and friendly. The roof top terrace is huge, well kept and modern. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely return as this provides great value for the money. This part of Sevilla has fewer tourists and you really get a sense of what life is like in this beautiful city.

Atmospheric apartment in Macarena for those wishing to play at being Sevillano

This small, clean, well-appointed apartment in the working class La Macarena neighborhood could lull you into believing that you might actually be a Sevillano. On this visit, our neighbor was practicing her Flamenco guitar and she politely asked if she was bothering us; on the contrary! There is a nice little fresh food market with a great fish counter and the MAS supermarket for other necessities. The action on the Alameda de Hercules is never ending, and there are lots of bars and restaurants to discover close by. If you're up for a walk, you can get to anything within the city core. But don't miss the Virgin of Hope and the Easter floats in the Basilica de la Macarena right in the neigborhood. The atmosphere can sometimes include some interesting noises but the swell double paned windows will take care of that if you aren't interested in what's going on in the street. You can't beat the price to quality ratio and Jean Pierre is very helpful.

The apartment is light and airy and very comfortable.Although simply furnished ,this meant that it was very easy to look after and keep clean and tidy during our stay.The beds were very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the area-very handy for shopping but quiet so that we had a good night's sleep.It was easy to reach everything of interest by foot but there was a good bus service for those not so keen on walking. Just down at the end of the road is a very lovely area with outside cafes and bars surrounded by orange trees and a lovely feeling of community. Seville is my favourite place in Spain-very friendly,artistic and beautiful and I shall definitely return...and of couse stay at this apartment. The big bonus is being met on arrival by Jean Pierre who is charming and most helpful with genuine concern that holiday guests get the best from their stay.We followed all his suggestions on where to go and how to get there which really helped us . We loved the original flamenco at Casa de la Memoria in Santa Cruz,the cathedral,the Alcazar and gardens and a walk by the river and across a bridge to Triana. Book your holiday here and you won't be disappointed.

The apartment was great! It was clean when we arrived, decorated nicely, and perfect for four people. I loved the rooftop terrace! We were within walking distance to the center of Seville and the Cathedral, and close to a supermarket for when we wanted to eat in. The price is right for this apartment, and the managers were very friendly and helpful. They met us when we arrived, and called a taxi for us when we left. Stay here if you have the chance!

Great quality at a great value in Seville

My two sons and I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Everything worked extremely smoothly starting with the prompt and concise response to my rental inquiry, followed by the personal welcome by the property's manager Jean Pierre and his invaluable advise and help throughout our stay. The apartment is even better than described, it is very light and airy and well laid out. The airconditioning works pleasantly , all the furniture is tasteful and very clean and equipment is functional. The apartment is located in a very quiet street, there is good infrastructure nearby: public transportation, very nice fresh food market - the Mercada Feria -and also a supermarket and little stores to pick up supplies. It also is, contrary to my concerns, not far from the sights in the city center - a mere 10 to 15 minute walk through the pleasant Alameda Herkules - and has the advantage to be located in a neighborhood with a typical "Spanish" and not "touristic" feeling. The roof terrace is absolutely great - sipping on a glass of wine, lounging in one of the comfortable chairs, you can watch the people on the slightly lower roofs of the neighbouring houses watering their plants, enjoying the afternoon sun, etc. Yet all this would not make a stay in Peral 56 so perfect were it not for the manager, Jean Pierre. He is extremely knowledgable, very precise, and helpful!

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This vacation rental in Seville was exceptional, exceeding our expectations and the listing description and photos. The location is convenient to the sights in Seville's historic center but far enough away that late-night traffic to and from the Cathedral and Santa Cruz areas does not interfere with sleep. The Alameda de Hercules and Calle Feria in the Macarena neighborhood are family friendly and offer a taste of living in Seville. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-furnished for a self-catering visit. The full-length windows bathed the apartment in light but could be easily shuttered against the heat of a Seville summer afternoon. The large windows also provided excellent air circulation throughout the apartment, another plus when visiting Seville in the summer. The air conditioning was more than adequate for those evenings when the outside temperature became characteristically hot. The roof-top terrace was refreshing in the late evenings as a respite above the city streets and provided a wonderful view across the neighborhood. There are several supermarkets just a few blocks away as well as a fresh-air market for bringing the tastes of Seville home. Seville's excellent bus system is easy to use, and stops for the convenient circular routes are a block away. The on-site manager, whose English was excellent, was exceedingly solicitous and responded to our needs graciously and quickly. Without question, we will stay here again next year!

I stayed in Peral street for one week with two friends and had a nice time. Seville is unbelievable hot this time of year and it's a hughe relief to know that there's a cosy appartement waiting for you with fresh airconditioning. You don't have to drag around towels and cheats because everything is already there. The appartement is nicely decorated so it immediately feels like home!

Auf unserer Rundreise waren wir für 3 Nächte in einem der Appartements gelandet und waren wirklich begeistert. Die Appartements sind mit zwei Klimaanlagen (unbedingt notwendig) und einem sehr angenehmen Steinfussboden ausgestattet. Zudem sind sehr gute Schall- und Wärmeschutzfenster installiert. Die Ausstalttung ist - wie ein Vorredner schon sagte - Ikea, doch das fanden wir sehr gut - besser jedenfalls als alte muffige Möbel! Die Küche ist zweckmäßig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist / wirkt sehr neu und gepflegt. Die Anbindung an die Innenstadt ist gut (fussläufig) - ein Auto benötigt man auf jeden Fall nicht. Das (junge) Viertel La Macarena ist sehr symphatisch und lebensfroh. Der Empfang und die Abwicklung waren äußerst unkompliziert und sehr nett. Ich habe noch nie in ein solches Bewertungsbuch geschrieben, doch hier musste ich das mal tun! Absolut empfehlenswert.

We are two single women traveling for a month in Spain. We wanted a week in Seville and preferred an apartment in a residential area where we might better enjoy a more accurate reflection of the city. Our apartment, Centric Seville in Macarena district was perfect. Well located, safe, well equpped, and extremely well managed. We had everything we needed, and the manager, Jean Pierre, was so helpful. The lovely rooftop terrace was another very nice addition. Buses are close for transport to train, and most of the sites and shopping, and excellent cafes are eailly reached on foot. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Seville and seeking to experience the real Seville and the lovely people who live there.

3 of us stayed for 5 nights at this apartment and it perfectly met our needs space wise and accomodations wise. It was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. A little on the outskirts of the main area but a pleasant walk to the Cathedral area. Would stay here again
