This newly remodeled bungalow has Spanish tile flooring and Berber carpet throughout, high-beamed ceilings in the kitchen and living area, and a step-up bedroom area with a California King-sized bed, a desk, and ample drawer and closet space. The full bath includes a deep, tiled bath/shower.
The house is climate controlled with both central heat and air, and a large ceiling fan. For comfort and convenience, there are privacy curtains and shades, a fully equipped kitchen (including coffee maker & microwave), cable TV, high-speed wireless Internet, towels and linens, and a connected laundry room with washer and dryer. There is a locking gate at the entrance to the property, and a private back patio offers a table and seating. 1-2 off-street parking spaces are available for the bungalow’s occupants.
This inviting bungalow is situated in the Hollywood Media District, just a few minutes’ walk from Paramount, Ren-Mar, Hollywood Center, and other studio lots. Melrose Avenue--with its amazing clothing stores, antique shops and restaurants--is two blocks to the south. Minutes to the north are Santa Monica, Sunset and Hollywood Boulevards, movie theatres, restaurants, clubs, and major venues including the Pantages Theatre, the Hollywood Bowl, and the Kodak Theatre. It is a fun neighborhood with everything you want nearby!
All utilities are included. There is a 3-night minimum stay and a $50 fee for maid service once per rental period or once per week, whichever is shorter. More frequent maid service will be easily accommodated for the same rate per service. We accept cash, check (cleared before arrival), and credit card through PayPal (note: PayPal costs an additional 2.5% of the total charged).
