We had to find a place to stay for a couple months while we purchased our new home and I have a large dog! Although he is quiet and friendly, it can be hard to find a rental who will allow larger animals. Not only did the owner of this condo allow us to stay, but it is a large townhouse type condo with 2 large bedrooms and 2 and a half baths with a nice porch overlooking a great golf course (which has been a fabulous place to walk in the evening.) The couches and beds are comfortable and everything you need is supplied; another thing you rarely find. The owner was charming and easily to work with and wants her tenants to be happy and does whatever it takes to make that happen. I highly recommend this condo. It is also so close to whatever you want to do - shopping, beaches, etc.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

The condo is very convenient to the Kennedy Space Center in a quiet setting on the golf course. We traveled with three children ages 5-14mo's and were very comfortable in the rental property. No need to worry about cooking supplies- we made almost every meal there and the washer and dryer made things extra easy. Newly tiled floors in the downstairs and new carpet upstairs. The owner was extremely gracious and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better/nicer person from whom to rent. The kids enjoyed the nearby pool on hot afternoons. The drive to Disney is mainly highway and easily accessible from the condo.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was the first time we used homeaway.com and we all loved the idea of this condo rental. The condo was close to all restaurants, shopping, etc... Also, close to your family that we were visiting. The kitchen opened up to the living room area and made it feel very open. The washer and dryer a plus. Both of the bedrooms had there own full baths. The owner had a folder for us on the kitchen counter top with maps, letter to us and some chocolate. The entire condo was Great and very clean, also, would recommend this condo for a vacation rental. Yes, we will be back here to stay again soon. The owner was so wonderful to talk to and email. The owner treated us very kindly and also called to make sure we got back home safe too.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

The property was fine for what we needed...a place large enough to accomidate our family (we have 2 small kids and two older ones). The kitchen with the washer and dryer was a plus. The bedrooms were good size as well. Overall, the condo needs updating. Many of the closet doors were in need of repair, the walls needed some new paint, the bathrooms could use a little modernization and the carpets throughout were well worn. The location was fine. It's close to the Space Center and Orlando was an easy drive. The owner (Jan) was great to work with and I would recommend this place if you need a little extra room and don't want to pay Orlando rates.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.
