This 7th floor (Penthouse) Ponce Inlet Vacation Condominium unit is light and bright and offers an award winning floorplan with essentially three separate master suites - each with its own full bath and there are no shared walls between suites which allows for maximum privacy. The large Master Suite has a King Sized bed. The 1st Guest Room has a Queen Sized bed and the 2nd Guest Room has two Twin Sized beds. The Master Bath includes a Jacuzzi Spa Tub and separate, full sized tiled shower stall.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line glassware, dishes, flatware, cookware, and appliances, including a SubZero Wine Cooler with a custom made butcher block top.
The unit is professionally decorated in Hemingway/South Seas style. Original artwork is located throughout the space. The living room has a 42 inch plasma HDTV with Hi-Def cable service, high speed internet service including a wireless router, and a state of the art Bose surround sound system. The unit's telephone service also includes free long distance throughout North America. The interior space contains approximately 2000 sq. ft.
There are 2 large balconies - one has a view of the Ocean and the other overlooks the Marina and Intracoastal, both balconies totaling over 300 sq. ft.
The configuration of the buildings at The Links is quite different from traditional multi-story buildings. There is a circular drive up which allows you to park on the floor which your unit is located. There are shopping carts located at the doorways to assist in moving items from your car into the unit. In addition, there are elevators, of course, allowing you to travel to the ground floor to take quick advantage of all of the resort amenities.
The Harbour Village Resort complex has numerous workout rooms, many swimming pools, a private, oceanfront beach club, a par 3 golf course, tennis courts, a marina, clubhouse, and a private restaurant/bar, etc.
Rental period is for a minimum of one month. Rates can be negotiated for extended stays. A refundable security deposit of $500 is due in advance of arrival. Renters are responsible for leaving the unit in a clean and neat order upon departure. A one-time move-out cleaning fee of $125 is due in advance. Pets must be approved in advance and require an additional $250 pet deposit for each pet.
