Warmer months offer mountain biking, fishing, sailing on Lake Dillon, and golfing in Silverthorne, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Copper Mountain. Summit County and the Vail Valley is a bicyclist's paradise with close to 200 miles of paved bike paths and 400 miles of back-country roads and trails.

My wife and I fell in love with Breckenridge 30 years ago. It is a special place where the sunsets are amazing, the historic town is unique, the restaurants are plentiful and great, the snow is the best in the world, and the best kept secret are the beautiful summers.
Why the Owner Chose Four O'Clock Subdivision
We chose this location because it is ski in/walk out and it is only a short walk into downtown Breckenridge. You can catch the Snowflake Life and head up to Peak 8. Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Araphahoe Basin are all within 15 mins of the condo and Vail is only 30 mins away.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The location of the condo is the best in town. Ski in to the back door and walk 2 blocks to downtown Breckenridge.
