My wife and I fell in love with Breckenridge 30 years ago. It is a special place where the sunsets are amazing, the historic town is unique, the restaurants are plentiful and great, the snow is the best in the world, and the best kept secret are the beautiful summers.
Why the Owner Chose Four O'Clock Subdivision
We chose this location because it is ski in/walk out and it is only a short walk into downtown Breckenridge. You can catch the Snowflake Lift and head up to Peak 8. Copper Mountain, Keystone, Araphahoe Basin are all within 15 mins of the condo and Vail is only 30 mins away.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The location of the condo is the best in town. Ski in to the back door and walk a block to downtown Breckenridge.
