Welcome to paradise.
This unit is across the street from the ocean with great ocean view in sunny popular Kihei. Watch the whales during whale season from your living room or from the extra large lanai.
We have completely remodeled the unit with tile throughout. A king sized bed with carpeting in the bedroom. A 42" flat screen TV in the living room and the bathroom has a tiled shower, with plenty of towels and a hair dryer. The condo has A/C in the living room and bedroom. Also included is free wireless high speed internet and the condo even has its own full size washer and dryer inside the unit. We try to keep plenty of supplies for your use like beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler.
This complex is a low density boutique complex with only 60 units. It has a pool, hot tub and barbeques. The grounds are kept up very nice giving you such a great tropical feeling, with lots of trees, flowers and grass. This unit and complex is non smoking.
You are so close to everything: the beach, shopping, golf, tennis, restaurants.....

* Minimum stay: 4 nights except Holiday Season December 20 - January 5 (7 nights).
* Reservations without an advance deposit are subject to automatic cancellation without notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
From date of booking to 30 days prior to arrival - refund less $100 cancellation fee. 0-30 days of arrival there is NO REFUND unless unit is re-booked in which case refund will be made only for days re-booked less the $100 cancellation fee.
NOTE: booking for arrival between 12/15 and 1/1 require a 60 day notice of cancellation for refund less the $100 cancellation fee.

The other reviews paint this condo accurately. Management made our departure so easy. (Anyone been on the red-eye?) and not only found our forgotten bathing suits but, offered to send them back to us, free. That alone is worth coming back for.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

Just got back from this Condo and thoroughly enjoyed it. Right across from the ocean. We had a nightly ritual of walking to the beach and watching Maui's amazing sunsets. Centrally located to all Maui offers. Condo is VERY clean and well maintained with tiled floors throughout. Owner was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Would highly recommend this condo.

We stayed in the condo for three nights in September 2010. We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped - a good value, too, It was close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. We would choose this condo again!

My brother, boyfriend and I stayed in this condo for 7 nights. It had all the amenities plus extras. We cooked a lot of meals here and found everything we needed to do so. This condo is in a great location and close to a beach (nice to walk to in the mornings). Pool and Jacuzzi are small but clean and well maintained. Heidi is quick at responding and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended! Enjoy your time in Maui!!

Dear Heidi, thanks for your kindness and generosity. We had a great time in Maui! Peter and Frances. The condo's location is convenient for travelling all other areas in Maui. The beaches around the area aren't the best but you can drive to other South Maui beaches in short. Condo itself was very clean and warm. Due to the location, I did hear cars, but it didn't bother me too much. The community was quite and seemed to be safe. Heidi provided lots of amenities in the condo, especially beach items. We still needed to rend snorkeling gears nearby due to the amounts and sizes. We left a beach umbrella hope it can be used and cherished again soon. There is a bus stop, but we didn't take bus. We are really glad to be able to stay in this condo :)

We felt right at home on our honeymoon at this well maintained and furnished condo with an ocean/beach view from the living room, kitchen and lanai. The bed was very comfortable and the washer/dryer made it possible to take less clothes.with us. It had everything we needed for our stay there including beach towels, cooler and cooking/eating utensils. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family! Our favorite place to eat in Kihei was the Vietnamese Cuisine Restaurant. The make-it-yourself burritos Vietnamese style was fun, dleicious and different. If you can afford it (very pricy) you should try Mama's Fish House in Pa'ai at least once. The food is delicious, even for a vegan dinner. Or just try a dessert and coffee. (The $10 coffee price is for a whole pot so you can share) The most amazing thing we did was hang gliding at the Hana Airport! We are both in our sixties and afraid of heights, but enjoyed it. Kihei is centrally located and easy access to almost anywhere on Maui.

I spent May through August of 09 here and really enjoyed the privacy and comfort of the unit not to mention the beauty of Maui. The owners are wonderful and I look forward to staying here again some day
