The Resort amenities include a refreshing heated pool with lap lanes and lounge chairs, hot tub, wireless internet in the clubhouse and around the pool, state of the art workout facilities, two tennis courts, two shuffleboard courts, volleyball and badminton, basketball court, putting green with sand trap, a one-mile walking and jogging path, BBQ and picnic area and a clubhouse with bar, kitchen and flat screen TV. If you would like to bring your boat/jet skis, there is an area for parking and right next door to the resort is a pull through car wash that you can use for cleaning your boat after a day of fishing or just riding around.
This beautiful resort is located between Don Pedro Island State Park and Amberjack Environmental Park. Just minutes away is Boca Grande, known for its Tarpon fishing and beaches. In every direction there are public golf courses, beaches, shopping, dining and much more.
The condo is decorated in a refreshing nautical/beach decor. The master bedroom has an ultra plush king size bed and room darkening curtains to allow you to sleep in if you desire. The guest bedroom has two very comfortable twin beds. The kitchen has elegant granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances. The screened in lanai faces the wooded Amber Jack Reserve which is great for enjoying that morning cup of coffee. Wireless internet is available in the condo and also at the pool. Our condo is beautiful and inviting. Just one look and I know you will want to be here.

Again with our return for the second year, we can say that this condo is clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The condo is in a quiet gated community that has a pool and work out room. The location is a short driving distance to beaches, shopping and wonderful restaurants. Boat tours provided in the area are relaxing and informative. We returned to the same place, not only because of the condo and location, but because of how easy the owners are to work with. We would highly recommend this condo.

We have had a wonderful month here in your comfortable, well looked after. condo. Cape Haze is a great location, relaxing and scenic.... central to many restaurants, shops, fishing and great beaches...Blind Pass and Boca Grande were our favorites. We especially enjoyed the pool, it was always warm and soothing....unfortunately the hot tub was out of commission after the first week and was awaiting repair parts....but that didn't diminish our pool experience at all. We also made use of the gym, putting green and the lending library. Everyone here has been very inviting and friendly. We are heading home truly relaxed and with fond memories of our stay in beautiful Cape Haze.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

What a great condo. It lacks nothing,is clean and the owners are very accessible. We had a great time there in Feb/March and are looking forward to our return visit next year. The pool area is wonderful and everyone there is so friendly and caring. Lots of things to do in the Community and it is very near to the beachesand other major venues.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Cape Haze condo. The condo was very clean, well maintained, centrally located, in a quiet area and well stocked for every need. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The resort had a nice pool and work out area. We took advantage of several great eateries, shopping and beaches in the area. Our month long stay was beyond our expectations.

Your concerns for your guests comforts are presented and dealth with in a professional, caring and down to earth level. Attention to details and our comforts are evident within the condo and surroundings. Too bad you could not have controlled the weather! The longest coldest snap in 25 years. We did our touring in the first 2 weeks. We enjoyed the parks, Mote Aquarium and beaches. Blind Pass Beach was the best spot for finding sharks teeth. The last 2 weeks were spent suntanning around the pool. We almost used all the appliances and gadgets. The Palmetto Grill next door has great food and a top notch steak. There are lots of good local breakfast spots. It was a pleasure to meet your family. Best of luck and Thank You! Ontario, Canada

We had a great week iwth the kids on Spring Break in Cape Haze. Great weather, great fishing and we found over 500 sharks teeth. South Beach on Boca Grand was the best spot we found for teeth. We also had a blast with the kids renting golf carts on Boca Grand. The condo was great! We hope to be back soon. Tampa, Fl
