The condo is fully furnished, very comfortable and newly painted.
Sun and swim in the heated pool. It is a short drive to the ocean beaches, and close to shopping in downtown Delray or the Boca Raton mall.
Our Condo is reasonably priced for the five or six month season, or year round, beginning December 2009. $1500/month + electricity for 5 or six months. $900/month + electricity for year round. $100 condo assoc application fee.
