The condo is fully furnished, very comfortable and newly painted.
Enjoy the sun and swim in the heated pool. It is a short drive to the ocean beaches (under 2 miles), and close to shopping in downtown Delray or the Boca Raton mall.
Our Condo is reasonably priced for the five or six month season, or year round, beginning December 2011. $1800/month + electricity for 5 or six months; $2000/month + electricity for four months; $100 condo assoc application fee. 6.5% Florida tax applies.

About the owner: Hi! My name is Sandy Pappas. My mother and stepfather bought the condo in the 1970's and were original owners. My stepfather has passed away and my mother has alzheimer's and can no longer winter in Florida. My brother lives an hour north. My sister and I live in Minnesota. I am a state senator in Minnesota.
