Hi! My name is Sandy Pappas. My mother and stepfather bought the condo in the 1970's and were original owners. My stepfather has passed away and my mother has alzheimer's and can no longer winter in Florida. My brother lives an hour north. My sister and I live in Minnesota. I am a state senator in Minnesota.

We love relaxing in the pool - its heated: sunbathing; and walking on the beach. Coming from a cold climate. we feel visiting Florida is like visiting paradise.
