A vintage 1930’s restored Cape Cod Cottage on a secluded large lot in sleepy Corvallis. Walk to sporting and cultural events at Oregon State University. Watch a film, listen to music, or enjoy a glass of wine in the living room or on the deck overlooking the landscaped yard. The gardens surrounding the home provide abundant space and peaceful retreats. Walk to Avery Park or Starker Arts Park to experience forest paths and a small lake with a fountain. Bike paths are available to all parts of Corvallis and to Philomath. In Corvallis you'll find many restaurants and shops to enjoy.
The house features hardwood floors with a dining room, a large living room with a marble/antique wood burning fireplace, and a large entertainment room with a piano. The entertainment room has a large/flat screen TV (cable) connected to a home theater system with surround sound that is perfect for movies. Free High-speed wireless Internet access throughout the house! All new retro furniture, linens and kitchenware are provided. Unit has recently been painted. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and a TV with the living room having a fold-out futon that converts to a double size bed. Everything you need to stay comfortably.
Convenient off-street loop driveway (can fit up to 3 or 4 cars front to back) or you can always walk just a few steps to the bus stop in front of the house.
Why stay in a hotel when you can live like a local?
RESTRICTIONS: Note that the house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. DO NOT use it as a “Party House”. If this is your intent, then PLEASE do not ask to rent it! Sorry, we do not accept pets. Smoking is not allowed and will result in loss of damage deposit.

We stayed 4 nights and the house met all of our needs! There were 4 of us and it was very comfortable, well stocked with everything you could possibly need - also very clean! Wonderful well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and close to everything! The setting is quiet with a spacious outside yard area (even though it rained the whole time we were there!) We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone!! Thank you owners!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Such a nice place, great for visiting your college kid. Nice kitchen for making a home cooked meal.
