This house was the perfect place for us the weekend we dropped our son off at UC Santa Cruz. We felt right at home. The place is adorable, clean and comfortable. Dealing with the owners was easy and pleasant. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

This home is comfortable and relaxing. It is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, beach, Boardwalk and much more. Surrounded by beautiful and homes on a quiet street. Pack your beach towel and suncreen and book this home!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
Owner response: There is so much within walking distance. A walk around the harbor is a 3 minute walk from the Sand. Aldo's for breakfast or lunch on the harbor or the locals secret is Linda's on Seabright 1 short block away! And so much more......
