Our home is located in Peoria, right off the Loop 101(and Bell Rd), the perfect link to getting around town quickly. Its wonderful location is less than five minutes away from the nearest mall, multiple restaurants and movie theatres, as well as the Peoria Sports Complex, which is the spring training home to the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners! Just a short distance further is both the University of Phoenix Stadium (home to the Arizona Cardinals) and the Glendale Arena (home to the Phoenix Coyotes and Arizona Sting). Both are located at Westgate, which also houses much exciting nightlife.
This beautifully decorated home has 2 master suites, each with a queen bed. The linens are of fine quality and both beds have exceptionally comfortable pillow top mattresses. There is also a queen mattress set up that can be put in the living room for two additional people. This home is complete with a 42'' HDTV flat panel television and a home theatre sound system. We have provided HBO, Cinemax and high speed internet for your laptop! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary appliances and dishware for complete meals. The dining table seats up to six. There is a two car garage, laundry area, courtyard and two patio areas. No detail has gone overlooked in this charming abode, as we have made it an absolute priority to ensure that everything is provided so that you will feel at home!

Tina, Tina, Tina! We had a great time here. This was perfect for us. As you know we came here to get some sun and feed some minor league baseball players. Since your your house is 5 minutes from the field, it was no problem to ferry the boys back and forth. They all went home full and not thirsty! Since your local pool was closed for a repair while we were here, you went above and beyond to take care of us. Thanks A Million! The Richardsons P.S. The Quick Trip (QT) is worth the 3 minute Drive!

Hi Tina, Just wanted to let you know how much we are enjoying staying in your house. Its been perfect for us. We must commend you on the tasteful way you furnished and decorated it. Also, the way you have equipped it is extraordinary. You thought of so many things that a traveller needs but either forgets or has no room to take along, and does that ever make things nice when you don't have to go out and buy it or do without. You've outdone what most condo places provide. Thanks again for everything and please accept our apologies for not contacting you sooner. We have been very busy since our arrival here, with golf, hockey, shopping, walks and just enjoying a few restful minutes relaxing on the patio or in front of that great TV/video/sound system you have in here. The time is just flying by and we forgot our manners. We are on the go for the next few days with golf, Coyotes hockey and Grand Canyon, but the last four days of February we plan on just relaxing around the house so if the opportunity presents itself, feel free to pop in - it would be great to meet you in person.
