Summer MOUNTAIN BIKE Mecca and hiking trails that scour the forest right from the boundaries of the property. (Just head up behind the rec center) Views of Byers Peak, Open the windows and hear the gurgling stream. From the family room you look across to beautiful evergreen forests frosted in icicles in the winter. A real fireplace adds to the romance, and the accommodation's for 7 add to the flexibility and value. If more room is needed we rent the one bedroom, one bath, and kitchen unit right NEXT DOOR. It’s a great concept for Grandma and Grand Pa or multiple families.
This home is close to the town- we walk to Hernando's pizza, Fontenots and the Mexican food restaurant. Rent movies or bring your computer to hook up to the FREE INTERNET. We have many Repeat guests. Make this "your" place too!

Awesome! The condo provided a great location for treasured memories my family will never forget. The condo was roomy and actually sleeps eight! Our four girls had fun sleeping in the room with the bunk beds. That left one room unused and we were still comfortable. We rented a car but really didnt need it with the bus stop right in front of the condo. Thank you for the affordable opportunity to build a lifelong memory. Hope to visit again!

We have stayed many times in Hi Country Haus over the years. But have never rented from such nice owners. My family of 5 were very comfortable in this well kept 3 bedroom condo and my parents enjoyed the privacy of the one bedroom next door. The condos are ideally located in the center of WP close to restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. But far enough off the main road that you feel secluded in your private sancturary. We were able to hike and bike on trails directly leading to/from Hi Country Haus. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, game room, play ground, bbq grill (provided right out side our condo), fishing nearby, summer festivals and friendly atmopshere of WP. All of this within a short walk. We were also treated to glimpses of deer (many), fox, rabbits, and coyote all within the Hi Country Haus community. Pretty cool for us city folk. Were looking forward to our Summer 2011 trip back to WP and have already made our reservations with Jasen. Thank you Jasen for all your prompt communication and welcoming us back into your mountain home.

We really enjoyed the use of the condo located in Winter Park. The location was great witht he shuttle to the ski resort right in front of the building. The condo had a kitchen with all of the needed tools to make a nice meal. The pool and hot tub on the grounds provided for an evening of relaxation after a day on the slopes. The commuication with the owner was great and hope to someday return. Perfect for the 4 adults and 3 children that went!

We stayed here in September and absolutely Loved it!! The couches were so comfortable and I want that faux finish in my living room. I was a little disappointed that the clubhouse wasn't open during the weekdays, but I would definitely stay here again.
