The front of the house also provides you with great views of the surrounding mountains either by sitting on the front patio or simply by being in the fully equipped kitchen area at any time. Year Purchased: 2008
My wife and I have been visiting the Green Valley area for years as my parents have lived there for 18yrs. We were surprised to find it so inviting for a "desert". It has beautiful landscapes and the homes in Green Valley are so well appointed. The people who live there, if for a month or all year long are as friendly as you will find. Although not ready to retire yet, we found this stand-a-lone home last year that we really liked. So... after purchase we decided to lease it out for a few years. We also liked the many different venues for her and myself. The weather is for everyone, cool mornings, warming days, and lots and lots of sunshine. What's not to like???
Why the Owner Chose Green Valley
Most people in Green Valley are from the "north" wherever it maybe, from Alaska to Northern Arizona, but all enjoy the great weather. It is one of the only places in the United States that has no damaging flooding, earthquakes, tornados, low to no humidity, snowstorms, icestorms, or other major weather related happenings. Just lots of things to do and great people to meet.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We enjoy the many different activities, from hiking mountains, to canyons, shopping, the rec centers to just relaxing on the patio's. Sunrises are awesome and the mountains provide a panoramic view whereever you go.
