Island Breeze is one house back from the beach and three blocks away from the 500-acre state park. A short walk or ride on your golf cart takes you to the restaurants or to one of the many other beaches on this island -- roughly one half by 7 miles. The beaches are empty and long, and sunsets fantastic.
Whether you kayak around Foster Point, fish for snook in the mangroves, shell for sand dollars, build sandcastles in the sand, or just enjoy the sunshine, you will have a vacation to remember.
Along with a golf cart, we provide adult and kids bikes, a Burley type baby carrier, and a big wheel beach stroller.
For dining in you can FAX the grocery store Publix with your grocery list and they will have your items bagged and ready to go when you arrive. On the island there are two small convenience stores for small items, and there is a buying service that can pick things up from the mainland. If you prefer to eat out, Barnacle Phils and the Mango Cafe provide food from Grouper sandwiches to black beans and rice, and their prices range from five to thirty dollars.
Your paradise home is ready to live in with games, movies, books, and anything we can think of your needing for a great vacation. We have kayaks, a Holder 12 sailboat, and a windsurfer.
To maximize your time on the island we recommend you don't over-schedule your activities. You will meet people and find activities you hadn't planned on. There is always something going on here, and friendships arise over night. Children will meet other kids and want to socialize -- leaving you free to relax.
The water is warm and the sand is white. The entire island is a big beach, and you can walk for miles with nothing but sand under your feet, dolphins to your side, and pelicans flying overhead. The only other people here are your neighbors; the beaches are never crowded.

- Air Conditioning : Central air conditioner also heats on cold days in winter. Sleeping porch is under air as well. Lots of windows for fresh breezes.

- Washer : Washer is conveniently outside under house.
- Dryer : Dryer is conveniently outside under house. There is also a clothes line for sun and breeze fresh clothing.
- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer : If you come by boat you can park your car and trailer at Pineland Marina on Pine Island.

- King Bed : Firm with pillow top. This bed is extremely comfortable and is under a window for fresh breezes with good lighting on each side.
- Twin/Single Bed : One in the second bedroom and one in the sleeping porch.
- Bunk Bed : Adult size bunk bed with ladder is good for kids or adults in a pinch.
- Convertible Bed : Living room sofa converts to a double bed.
- Crib : Folding portable crib is in closet.
